It was a great hotel! There were a couple things I didn’t like though. Like honestly there was so much we loved that I wish they’d fix these small things or make them right for us so we felt better to rebook. In a premium room we had a broken window and broken phone. I’d also paid for a city view room and was placed in a room with just a view of another building, I wouldn’t have paid extra for the room with no measurable view of the city. Our room was missing the do not disturb sign which led to housekeeping walking in on us twice. There was also supposed to be an umbrella in our room but there wasn’t but we were able to borrow from the valet. Lots of cool things, but for all of the upcharges and premium fees, I wish our experience had been perfectly smooth like it had the potential to be. I’m most upset about the interruptions to our privacy with no do not disturb sign in our room. We never asked for a new sign because in a two night period and us exploring the city, we thought the odds of it happening again were low, but it did happen unfortunately. I feel like at this price point, nothing should be wrong with the room at all.

This place is the most pet friendly hotels we have ever been to! Awesome staff all around!! Would recommend this hotel anytime!

I booked this just to get the bathtub pictured in all the rooms and did not get a bathtub. My room was 78 degrees when I checked in. The upstairs check in by the loud bar was not my favorite and the system froze up on checkin. The room was pretty small. Definitely not my favorite historic hotel in Fort Worth.

Great place to stay

Amenities Amenities Amenities. Guests should not have to pay for water. Everything else, the crackers, cookies, fine but for such an upscale hotel, this is a basic human need. A cheap all inclusive has water. The only other thing is an iron. Most individuals are here for business. Every room should include one. It took me an hojr

It was a special trip for my mother to see family, go to a play, and see the Kimbell. Your hotel was one of the most special parts of the visit. The room was a suite and was spectacular! She was so happy and truly felt special. My brother brought her as my guest and to assist my mother. He could not praise your staff, service, restaurant and room service enough. And although not something we are used to, velet parking is the way to go! Thank you all. Well done.

The room was clean and comfortable but overall very over priced. Check-in desk is on 24th floor and the elevators are extremely slow. We waited for over 20 minutes for an elevator on our last day.

Everything was good except the valet. Second time staying and both times it took over 40 minutes to get vehicle. Lots of upset people

Hotel was centrally located to several restaurants and interests. Walking distance to most things including the convention center. Check-in was on the 24th floor which was kinda inconvenient. Valet parking in the garage was a mess. Cars blocking the street trying to get in. Overnight fee was $60. Highway robbery if you are a guest.

Hotel was beautiful and the room was very comfortable. Only complaint was with valet. You can only park valet which is $65 a night, outrageous! Then when I got my car, they had laid the seat way back and changed the radio station to blare some hip hop station.

Our stay was just ok. The check in and check out process were both kind of weird since the check in desk is located on the top floor of the building. The elevators are slow. The room was decently cleaned but the AC struggled the entire stay. We had to ask for towels several times before they decided to show up. There’s plenty of stuff to do and eat around the hotel tho!
