It was amazing. The staff was so sweet and kind. The hotel is beautiful and the amenities are great! We had breakfast sent to our room from 13 coins. It was so convenient! Valet service was great.

Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly & helpful staff. Great location. Only critique is the walls are a thin and there is a lot of noise, but to be fair there were earplugs provided in the room.

Great location & dining options.

This is a great hotel! It’s situated right on the water front with excellent views. There are many in house eateries and some great perks! There was a free wine tasting in the evening and a $10 credit to put toward drinks or coffee. We skipped the valet and parked in the public garage just two blocks away. The room was modern, sleek, and comfortable. Loved the sleep sound machine! We will definitely be coming back.

This hotel was one of the best we ever stayed at. Great location with good restaurant on site and beautiful view of the Columbia River from our room. Definitely a must for anyone going to Portland/Vancouver area.

The room itself was spotless; clean, fresh, and perfectly arranged with attention to detail. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, I slept better than I had in weeks. Waking up to the stunning views of the river was the perfect way to start each day. What really set this hotel apart was the ambience. It struck the perfect balance between elegance and comfort, creating an atmosphere that was both relaxing and unforgettable. Everything felt intentionally designed with the guest in mind, from the layout of the room to the thoughtful touches throughout the property. Customer service was top-notch, with every interaction leaving me impressed. And for the quality of the stay, the pricing was more than fair. Truly a great value. It is expensive and worth it.

The hotel and staff were great. The only issue is parking is non existent and you basically have to pay for valet because there isn’t a parking garage near the hotel.
