We were told on arrival that our room type was not available despite confirmation via app. When asked why, the front desk staff said a different staff from an earlier work shift had given our room to another guest who checked in earlier. She tried to give us alternative rooms but turned out the rooms had water seeping in from the corridor. We reluctantly accepted since we were too tired to look elsewhere.
