They sure dont tell you that this location is right by a rail yard. All you hear, all night, trains clacking and thumping. Each employee we encountered acted as if we were disturbing their TV time. The lady at the check out at least smiled. That was the one smile we got from staff. Just suprised at the whole experience. The room was pretty nice. All in all, if in the area again, will not be staying here again.

Would have rated this hotel a five, close to the highway, brand new with comfortable large rooms with a complete kitchen, but we arrived for a week on a Wednesday and were informed that housekeeping was once a week by floor. Our room was scheduled for our checkout date. We had to ask for fresh towels at the front desk, and on two occasions there weren't any available. All the staff we met were very nice, and explained the new policy. Special shout-out to the desk agent, Austin who was super friendly and nice!!

Spacious and clean. We had a restful night and got to explore all Nashville has to offer. The front desk people were professional and friendly.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or safety. The property itself was dirty, and there were constantly suspicious individuals lingering outside the building, which made me feel genuinely unsafe walking in and out alone. The room wasn’t much better. The bedding smelled unwashed, and I found a cockroach in the bathtub on the first night. Despite staying multiple nights, housekeeping never cleaned the room once during my visit. While the staff at check-in were helpful, the experience at checkout was the opposite — I was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism, which only added to my disappointment. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously. As it stands, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Both front desk people were unfriendly and lifeless. Zero personality or attempt to be welcoming. Not sure why people who act like that are in customer service - I won’t be back to this hotel 100% guaranteed.

Good size room. Nice kitchenette for making coffee and having some late night snacks. We stayed 6 nights ( business trip) but room is only serviced once every 7 days. We made the beds and had to trade out used towels for fresh ones at the front desk. Would not stay there again because it was a lot of self-service that we had to pay for.

The chair in our room was broken and they replaced it quickly. Everyone was super friendly. Was a very nice hotel.

It was an OK 2 night stay. Although it was supposed to offer breakfast, they said that it was unavailable. The staff was unhappy and not helpful. Won’t be staying there again.
