Chambre très propre- café et viennoiseries le matin en livre service. Pratique pour l’aéroport car sur ligne directe. Env 20 min à pieds du temple Senso-ji et Asakusa quartier super de Tokyo.

宿泊施設はどこも清潔で問題ありませんでした。朝食のパンも嬉しかったです。 ホテルの近くの景観もとても綺麗で、料金も良心的だったので、トータルでも良いホテルだなと思いました。

最上階の素晴らしいお部屋をありがとうございました。 ホテルマンの方がiPhoneの充電器を知らなかったこと、さらに壊れていて全然充電できなかったことは残念でした。

Good location. Hotel is just above subway station.

Very convenient as it was just above the train stop exit. Room was expected to be a bit small but overall, we had an amazing stay. They provide us with bottled waters and fresh new robes each day. Place was quiet, accessible to most tourist spots in the area.

Hotel is right by the subway station. Check in time can be as late as 1 am which helped me a lot when I had a flight delay and had late check in.

The service is excellent! We checked in late and they are so accommodating. We left our luggages for hrs after we checked out so we can go to Shibuya. The hotel is literally next to train station just Exit in A3 at Kuramae station. 7/11 and another stores are close by. So convenient for us esp to our children. The pastry every morning is really good. That’s good enough for our breakfast and it’s for free. Water is free and they change towels everyday. They have coffee machine in the lobby too. Thank you for our wonderful stay and for being nice to our children!

It’s close to the public transport and convenience stores. We also love that they have a great coffee machine and a free breads/muffin every morning at the reception such a good gesture. It’s good to have a nice hot chocolate at night after a long day of walking around (cold weather). The staffs are really helpful and friendly. The only thing that I didn’t like in our room is the smell of the toilet, there’s a smell even though no one uses it so we always have to make sure it’s always close. I highly recommend this hotel

Litterally right above a train station, which was super convenient. Very tiny room but clean and all you need besides space 😉

The hotel overall is very cozy. But pay attention when you are looking for the hotel at the ground floor, the name is Art Hotel, the old name. The staff who was a lady when I checked in. She allowed me to get my room two hours earlier which was v rare in Tokyo.

Dusty! AC and air vent need to be cleaned, air is so dusty because of the thick layer of dust. Makes you wonder what else have they skipped cleaning. Overall not bad for the price, but the reception could be less aggressive and more welcoming.

Great location to have direct access to get around Tokyo. The hotel is right next to the entrance to the Kuramae station, making it easy to hop onto the subway. And with multiple conbini, drug store, grocery store, and fast food in the area, you can find most things you need for your travels or food. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, although one person (manager?) was a little gruff and not very welcoming. The room was just big enough, with enough room to open up multiple suitcases on the floor. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were flat. Overall, a great place to stay for the price, and would definitely utilize again!

Super convenient as the hotel is just above Kuramae station. The hotel staff are really friendly and kind with the requests we made. Although the room is small, the place is really clean and new which made the stay comfortable. :)

娘と2人利用させていただきました。予約の際私が打ち間違ったらしく女男の2名になっていたようで通常階？だったのをチェックイン時に即時に女性専用階に変更くださいました。そのお心遣いがとても嬉しかったです。お部屋もとても綺麗で清掃が行き届いていて快適に過ごさせていただきました！また東京へ行く際は利用させていただきたいと思います。ありがとうございました！

場所も駅から近く、フロントの雰囲気がとてもおしゃれでした。次の日荷物を預けて観光したいというお願いにも答えて下さいました。
