The hotel was everything and more. We really loved our stay and will definitely be back. The staff were lovely and made sure our stay was memorable. We never got to eat on the property due to our travel schedule but from observing the menu the Vegan options were limited. There is a lovely vegan restaurant in the mall right beside the hotel. The location is great as it is minutes from Sandton city the hotel has a shuttle service that can take you there. Only challenge when we used it was that it wasn’t reliable for return trips so we used an uber to get back but that was very cheap less than $4. Right beside the hotel there is a shopping mall with restaurants and grocery. We had a suite so we got a few things to have in our kitchen during our stay from the mall. I should also mention the cleanliness. The hotel was SPOTLESS. They did such an excellent job. Probably only thing that I would mention is that it was listed on Expedia as a VIP property but the hotel did not give us any VIP perks. For example we still had to pay for late check out by the hour. We did not receive any upgrades or free offers.

The reception services were great! We had a few gifts sent to us via the reception and it was easy to receive them

The view from the room was breathtaking. From the spacious room to the entertainment areas everything is of high quality. I really enjoyed the stay. I highly recommend the place.

Had to change room 3 times. First one, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the next one the door would not shut properly, and it was not that clean.
