Great staff from check in to the potters

The view from the room was breathtaking. From the spacious room to the entertainment areas everything is of high quality. I really enjoyed the stay. I highly recommend the place.

Had to change room 3 times. First one, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the next one the door would not shut properly, and it was not that clean.

Really spacious, had washer & dryer

Stayed for two nights. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Shuttle was not available to pick us up at the Gautrain station unfortunately so we had to cross the street and catch an Uber to the hotel. We used the shuttle to go to Nelson Mandela square the next day. Check-in was quick and our room was available even though we were early which was amazing after a long flight. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options and friendly service. The clubhouse restaurant was also fantastic with friendly service and poolside seating. Finally, the meat pies from the Deli were perfect for a quick and inexpensive lunch. There are a few things that could be improved: Firstly, signage within the hotel is almost non-existent so finding the Deli or Clubhouse/pool entrance is very difficult. More signs are needed. Second, outside seating is not available in the courtyard area. A few tables and chairs would be good for guests who want to be outside. Would stay here again without hesitation.

I have to say thay thia hotel was excellent! The staff was very helpful! A big shoutout to Xolani for his professionalism and his willingness to help. The hotel is located in a very safe area.
