muy buena ubicacion tiene estacionamiento y esta comodo

Existen muchas tiendas cerca porque está cerca del centro histórico y particularmente de la calle Madero.

Se oye todo, todo , todo lo de las recamaras, NO ES HOTEL FAMILIAR

La ubicación , está en la Zona no muy segura

Cerca de todo a un precio bueno si solo es para dormir

No respetan reservaciones

Bastante incómodo las camas, muy tiesas y las sábanas están como algo sucia y también llegan los huéspedes como alas 3 o 4 de la mañana y hacen bastante ruido que no nos dejan dormir. No volvería a ir

Avisé desde un día antes que llegaba a las 2:00 am por vuelo nocturno y jamás me respondieron, al llegar al hotel en la madrugada el equipo de recepción fue muy grosero y me dijeron que ya no tenían habitación y que no me podían ayudar en nada, en plena madrugada quedé en la calle.

Personal es amable

El olor a caño fue muy fuerte, se debe de dejar las llaves del cuarto en recepción al salir de la propiedad, y nulo mantenimiento. No lo recomendaría

Solo falta un contacto cerca de tu cama.

Good check-in services and city access, the only con I see is the walls of the rooms are too thin and everything can be heard

Lo malo 1.- No cuentan con plancha 2.- No cuentan con cobertor o colcha para domir 3.-Las pantallas no contaba con cable o smartv (no se pudo ver nada, todos los canales tenían estática) Lo bueno 1.- La ubicación 2.- El personal 3.- Habitación amplia

It is very close to the historic centre of Mexico City. Metrobus from aiport stops near the hotel. But right front of the hotel seems like slum, but there was too mamy people during dia de muertos, so was not problem for us. Except some night someone outside did play loud music. The staff could not speak english but was nice and helpfull. Cleaning every day. The room did have big windows but where only little of it could be open. No aircondation but ventiator. The room and the hotel is old, but varm watter at bath which was great. The location did make me overlook all the small little bad thins i did mention above.

When I got there to check in was 1 hr. early, ( I just wanted to check if everything was ok with my reservation) the lady at the reception was very rude saying the platform ? oversell rooms and there was nothing they can do just said sorry. Other lady was little mote helpful said that At the moment they did not have rooms and I was told to come back at 1 pm ( check in time) to see If they can accommodate me in any other hotel. Lucky when I came back round 5 pm my room was available. But still another person was assisting a big group of people trying to accommodate them and made me wait with a little of attitude.

Cercano a todo los turístico

La habitación estaba contaminada de chinches y cucarachas, tuvimos que regresar las 4 habitaciones. Pésima higiene y nos cobraron el doble. En aplicación de hoteles.com y en el mostrador del hotel . Estoy esperando que ambas empresas nos regresen el dinero. Y solicito ayuda para ese tema de rembolso

El personal es muy servicial, solo que las habitaciones tienen un minisplit que no puedes controlar, por lo que tienes que soportar las altas temperaturas durante la noche. De nuevo el personal muy bien la.habitacion regular, temperatura muy mal.
