방 준비 상태, roof top pool, check-in 모두 좋아요. 방에서 아쉬운 점 하나는 화장실/샤워실 공조가 별도로 없어서 습기 제거가 어려워요. 조리 할 수 있는 시설은 아주 훌륭하지만 도보로 갈 수 있는 거리에 grocery가 없어요.

깨끗하고 조리기구도 다있고 수양장도 크진 않지만 좋아보였어요, 단 슬리퍼는 가고 가시길

Beautiful hotel with all the bells and whistles. It's definitely top tier. Outdoor pool on the 19th floor with the rooftop bar and music was awesome. Would love to visit again.

Great location very clean walking distance to most anything you wanted to see and do.

This was our second time staying at this property. Our first stay, it was perfect. We're leading us to stay again. This time was not so pleasant, mainly due to construction being done on the floor directly above us in the morning hours.While we were still trying to sleep.

Amazing

The staff was excellent and welcoming and attended to all my needs. There was no unexpected interruptions from staff. The rooms we ready and spotlessly clean and ready for use. And the restuarant had great food as well. The only thing to note is the internal grocery/convience store is really small and has only select items. Otherwise it was a spectacular experience and would love to return.

The property was really like a resort. The rooftop pool and the spacious apartment-style rooms were excellent! However, check in time was very late so that hindered a bit of our plans.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. Walking distance to all the major attractions and close to the airport.

My first time staying here and I would definitely come back. Walking distance from many dining restaurants and to the arena/stadium! If you get a kitchen room, pots, pans, utensils are already provided!

Close proximity to the Georgia Aquarium and other attractions makes this a great hotel. Only negative is the amount of homeless people around the area at night.

Amazing

The rooms where amazing and very large. Kitchenette with all appliances and everything you need even a margarita maker. Rooftop pool and entertainment. It was awesome

Didn’t stay here . Tried to cancel . Nobody responded. Had a horrible trip here the week before . Dirty room , shower flooded , slow valet service , panhandlers everywhere . No cancellations, no refunds . We stayed at the Omni in Battery Park instead . It was much better .

Make sure you wanna stay here before you book , I booked to separate dates within a couple weeks , the first stay was not a good experience, long waits for valet , shower overflowed , they put us on a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet to start it off . If you don’t wanna wait for valet and walk around town , be prepared for the extensive homeless population. Garbage everywhere, panhandling everywhere. I tried to cancel our second stay and of course they don’t give refunds . We ended up getting a different hotel .

I was in Atlanta for the WE conference and stayed at this hotel. The room was clean and had all the amenities that I needed at the time. The staff was always pleasant and they provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here during all of my trips to Atlanta.

Parking is expensive and only a few good restaurants in the area.

The accommodations were good. Unfortunately the whole thing is a sales pitch. I was bribed with a gift card if I sat through an aggressive timeshare sales pitch. From the time you check in until the time you leave, it is an aggressive ongoing sales pitch.

We had a fantastic time during our stay!
