All of the staff were attentive and very helpful. The room was with a very comfortable bed and spotless. The food was good, especially the buffet breakfast which had a good choice for all and plenty of it. Couldn’t fault our stay

Las facilidades del hotel están muy bien y cómodas. donde único necesitan mejorar es en el restaurant. Necesitan mas variedad de comidas y mejor variedad en el desayuno.

シャワーの温度と水量が、過去に泊まったことのあるどのホテルよりも快適でした。 スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで親切。エアーコンディショナーで室温を調整でき、とても快適に過ごせました。

Great hotel,Spa was wonderful and breakfast superb.Paulo our shuttle driver to city centre on 18/01/26 was super friendly and funny and a real asset to the hotel team

Really nice hotel, loved the spacious rooms and the spa, only downside would be the breakfast which had no fresh juice and very limited options.

room was amazing for the most part when i checked in room type was not available. property attempted to give me a twin room but i refused based on reservation and in term they provided with a suite that was above and beyond and exceptional with the upscale decor and amenities and spacious. the hotel lobby was modern and endless dining options in and around the hotel

This hotel was amazing, the view was breathtaking, although the weather wasn't too good with light showers, my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Flott hotell, god mat og bra renhold. Stort sett hyggelig personale, men var tydelig at di sette størst pris på Italienske gjester.

The spa is absolutely amazing!!!! They have one large spa pool and two jacuzzi tubs and two saunas! It was amazing. Also the room was also awesome and so elegant and modern too. I would definitely come back! Vincent at the front desk was especially helpful and kind. They assisted with my taxi too and offer free shuttle service to the nearby area!

Aspetto da migliorare: insonorizzazione della camera

Rimasto deluso. Prenotato camera con letto matrimoniale e mi hanno dato una camera con letto ad una piazza e mezza.Una camera che neanche uno non addetto ai lavori avrebbe disposto arredi ed il bagno in quel modo.Lavandino impraticabile, non c’è un appoggio per il beauty. Il per sederti nel wc stai sorto perché c’è il porta carta igienica che sporge. Le finestre non chiudono bene e non insonorizzano per niente sono vecchie solo riverniciate a nuovo.La doccia rotta!!!! Proprio dopo aver fatto presente anche della doccia non funzionante non mi è stato mandato nessuno a sistemarla e tantomeno mi hanno fatto un cambio camera. Questa camera non rappresenta un hotel 4 stelle. Deluso !!! E dire che la settimana prima in un altra prenotazione mi era stato dato un upgrade tutto altro servizio. Con questa hanno perso tutti i punti. Se la camera non è quella prenotata ed ho mostrato la prenotazione poi oltretutto la doccia è guasta non si deve fare finta di niente come se fosse normale! Visto i prezzi non ci si aspetta un trattamento così.Cambierò le mie recensioni positive precedenti anche su google.
