20일정도 묵었습니다. 내부는 장기숙박에 편안했고, 7일이상 숙박시 56층 짐을 이용할수있는데, 이곳의 뷰가 왠만한 전망대만큼 괜찮습니다. 앗츠앱으로 리셉션에 연락하고 필요한것들에 대한 조치가 바로 이루어지는것도 만족스러웠습니다. 동네도 깔끔해서 더 좋았습니다.

The room was well-maintained and clean, with all the necessary amenities thoughtfully provided. However, the water pressure in the bathroom was too low, making showers uncomfortable. Additionally, there wasn’t enough storage space, so I had to keep my belongings in my suitcase during my extended stay. The staff at the lobby seemed indifferent to guests coming and going, and their explanation of the facilities felt rushed, leaving me to rely heavily on reviews from others. Despite these issues, I was overall satisfied with my stay.

또 런던으로 여행가게 된다면, 다시 이용할 정도로 만족스럽습니다 :) 식기세척기, 세탁기, 화장실, 침구 등 다 깔끔해서 일주일동안 만족스러웠습니다 호텔처럼 수건을 매일 제공하는게 아니어서 아쉬웠지만 대체적으로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다~

정말정말 최고였어요- 시내에서 열심히 관광하고 들아가면 아늑하고 편안하고 넓은 숙소가 반겨줘서 지친 몸을 쉴수있었습니다. 런던숙소 너무 비싸고 좁은데 여긴 시내에서는 아주 조금 떨어져있지만 넓고 쾌적했어요!

아주 세련되고 멋진 곳에 위치해있습니다. 지하철을타거나 DLR(교외로가는 열차)을 타거나 최고의 건물들 사이로 다니는 게 즐거웠습니다. 역사에는 거대 쇼핑몰과 식당들이 즐비하고 강변이어서 정취도 좋습니다. 욕실에는 수건을 말리는 큰 열선이 있어서 가벼운 세탁도 가능했고, 주방도 완벽하게 준비되어있으며, 냉장고,오븐에 쓰레기 처리까지 꼼꼼하게 준비되어있어 부족함이 없었습니다.

The room had Wi-Fi and boiler issues, but the staff communicated quickly and resolved theses issues. The location is a bit far from Canary Wharf station, but it’s only 2 bus stops away and quite cozy. Tea o is also close by.

매우 청결하고 짐도 이용하고 역에서 가까운 편이라 편리했습니다. 시내도 가깝고 주변에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있어서 좋았어요.

템즈강주변에 있는 이 숙소는 깨끗하고 안전하게 느껴지는 위치에 있고 10분이내의 거리에 지하철이 있어 이동이 편했습니다 아이들과 여행했는데 간단한 식사는 숙소에서 취사할수있어서 더 편리했어요 근처 쇼핑센타와 슈퍼마켓 식당등도 잘 갖춰져있고 무엇보다 깨끗한 실내를 유지하고 있어서 좋았어요

위치, 시설, 고객응대 모두 최고였습니다.

팬 소음이 심해서 자는데 불편함이 좀 있었지만 전반적으로 좋았습니다.

혼자 머무르기에는 충분한 공간이었고 청결상태도 좋았습니다.

새로 지어진 건물이라 깔끔하고 룸컨디션 매우 좋았습니다. 요리하기에도 편하고 필요한 취사도구가 넉넉히 준비되어있어요. 스탭들도 친절하고 스마트 티비라 푹 쉬기 좋았습니다. 금액도 저렴한 편인데 몹시 만족해요!

The apartment looked tired and there was water damage in the bathroom. Only two sets of towels were provided for 3 guests. We requested one set of additional towels and two pillows which failed to be brought to our room. It was disappointing as our previous stay at the Pinnacle was very pleasant.

Nice building and service, but the room has a very small window.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Küche war aber schlecht ausgestattet und schmutzig. Sofabett billig und unzumutbar unbequem. Schade. Könnte mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt hervorragend sein.

This was not a pleasant stay at all. Do not stay here if you can help it. I came to stay at this hotel alone for 8 days. On the first night there was a scary noise coming out of the bathroom on and off but I brushed it off initially thinking it would stop when I woke up. The next night the noise retuned and it was much worse and I couldn’t sleep because of it. I then started to see the shower drain shake on its own (I am pretty sure there was some kind of rodent inside). I was terrified so I called the front desk and showed them a video of what I was seeing. They were shocked, moved me to a new room for the night, and reassured me I’d get a refund for the horrible experience. The next day, I tried to check out of the hotel and get a refund for the rest of my days since I was just very uncomfortable and the new room was not very clean (stains on the shower head, etc). They reassured me management would come and resolve the issue. By the time they came a couple days later, they were unwilling to give me a full refund and only gave me back part of what I spent. It was just not a good experience and poor service from their leadership team when I explained. Would avoid staying here. I was so bothered that I checked out anyway and booked another stay. It’s not clean, the rooms could use an upgrade, and the customer service was poor. I wish I could like the video but unfortunately hotels.com only lets me upload photos.
