Väldigt fint hotell, bra service och rent!

NOT 5 STAR!!! I recently stayed two nights at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a so-called five-star property. On the first night, we were placed on the first floor, and the noise was unbearable we could hear every guest coming and going, and the room literally shook from hallway and street noise. Sleeping was impossible. The next day, we were moved to a smaller room, but despite having paid for a larger one, we received no compensation for the downgrade. The pool was equally unacceptable it was unusable due to pigeons constantly bathing and drinking from it. This is not only disgusting but also a serious health hazard. Definitely not five-star standards. The worst part, however, was at checkout: we were presented with charges for a dinner and coffee we never had. Someone else had signed receipts in my name (with my room number clearly listed), and the hotel’s system allowed it. This is a blatant failure in security and privacy, potentially even a GDPR violation. When we questioned it, the receptionist suggested we might actually have consumed the items, which was insulting and highly unprofessional. Between the noise, the downgrade, the unhygienic pool, and fraudulent billing, this hotel is nowhere near five-star quality.

The property is beautiful, and all staff are incredible and above and beyond. It’s a modern and trendy hotel with all the amenities you need - robes and slippers, pool + beach towels, spa services, toiletries, wonderful breakfast, and very attentive service. We had an attic room which was spacious and comfortable. The area is safe and walkable, one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. Highly recommend to anyone considering a stay here!

Mycket trevligt hotell med bra service. Härlig terrass med en liten pool. Fin lounge del med sköna soffor och en trevlig bar. Bra frukost, rena rum och hjälpsam personal. Ligger bra med gångavstånd till det mesta.

Staff are so lovely here! Pool area is an oasis. The fixtures in the room are a little cheaper than usual hotels of this level and have grown worn and tired. The bed wasn't the most comfortable as a mattress topper was used but fine for those not used to a harder mattress. The breakfast and coffee is great. The products given in the bathroom are superb. Great position with authentic and local (not tourists) eateries and coffee shops nearby. Found this a huge bonus.

Stellar hotel overall. Depends of the room of course, but I got one of the slightly bigger ones and had a great stay. Close to the pool and the atmosphere was really nice. Staff was attentive and friendly. Only thing that could be improved, don’t let people occupy the sun beds before breakfast.

Great location for restaurants, shopping and for exploring Palma. The hotel it’s self is lovely with helpful staff.

Vi sov jättegott, lugnt och skönt läge. Massage av Angeles var fantastisk. Frukosten var underbar, vi är jättenöjda.
