Me and my family had such a great time, from the sweet staff at the kids club to the amazing food. We will definitely come again.

Excelente Hotel

It was beautiful. The food was good. The liquor was good. The service was phenomenal.

Great architecture and modern design, yet it lack greenery and natural spaces. At moments you feel inside a concrete building surrounded by more concrete and glass. Not to my taste. Breakfast service at world cafe was impecable, food was delicious and with many options to choose from. At arrival, we didn’t appreciate being asked several times to listen to time share speeches which we declined. Room had those communicating doors to next room and we could hear most conversations and baby crying at night. Nice activities for kids, including the kids club, the splash water park and the video games and foosball, air hockey, and pool tables at core zone. My kids loved having lots of ice cream and desserts available in the many food stops. We didn’t like we were asked to purchase a bottle of wine if we wanted to put to tables together for a birthday dinner for 9 people at Nebbiolo restaurant. One more waiter suggested we paid $600 usd to use the larger table at their Cava. That’s ridiculous! So, you already paid a lot for the all inclusive package but you still have to pay so much more to be with your family if you are more than 5. Overall we enjoyed celebrating with my family but most likely we will try a different hotel next time.

Needs a lot of work. Construction everywhere- bearly an ocean view. If you wanted a view you had to upgrade! I didn’t. Everyone is a secrets/dreams salesman. Very difficult to relax. I would not go back. No one could coordinate transportation to and from hotel and airport. They emailed me an 800 number. Seriously?

All staff members are very friendly, Rooms are very clean!

Las instalaciones, el personal y la comida son las cosas espectaculares de este hotel, 9.5/10, el porque no obtiene un 10, es porque durante tu estadía si llevas auto, lo estacionan en un área donde todo el tiempo esta expuesto al sol y la interperie, recordar que punta de mita hay un sol candente, los pasillos que conectan las habitaciones cuando hay un carrito se servicio de limpieza, se vuelve muy angosto y en mi caso llevaba carreola, lo que hacia muy dificil las maniobras a la hora de transitar por el pasillo, todo lo demás es impecable, accesos a restaurants, alberca, playa, actividades en mar, bares y en especial el cafe Mita un atención increible

Solo un restaurante para desayunar si viajas con niños, aun que la publicidad es diferente. Esperar hasta 50 minutos en restaurante por que dan prioridad a los adultos. El personal de adm y recepcion, parece que te hacen un favor, no vale lo que cuesta

Hermoso hotel, excelente atención, el único pero.. la playa llena de piedras

Los cuartos padrísimos y la comida muy buena. Pasamos una vacación muy bonita

Es una hotel extraordinario, nuevo, habitaciones cómodas y hermosas, vista sensacional, piscinas de todo tipo, parque acuático y restaurantes increíbles, solo la playa no está linda, la arena llena de piedras, pero se disfruta en un camastro con olas majestuosas. Grandioso hotel en verdad
