Clean and beautiful hotel

We had to cancel our reservation the day before due to family care conflict. We were devastated but figured our plans were shot. Long story short we were able to proceed with our concert and although we canceled within the 24hr window, the Gateway hotel refunded us our original canceled reservation, booked us another room with no hassle at all. Our first time staying here and from setting, to staff and room everything was top notch and clean/ inviting. The pool area/ jacuzzi were very nice and quiet. How the staff and property worked with us last minute was exceptional and much appreciated. My wife and I will 1000% be back, do yourself a favor and check out this Hotel and the surrounding shops. You won’t be disappointed!

We loved our stay it was super comfy and quiet. The town is adorable. We will definitely be back.

In the middle of nowhere

The only thing I didn’t like about my specific room is there was no place to sit. No chair, no desk, had to sit on the bed. Otherwise very clean and nice.

Inconsistent staff, some were kind and welcoming, some actually had attitudes which was strange for a front desk

Our first time visiting the area and this will be the only hotel we will stay at when we come back! Stunning little town, felt like something out of a movie! Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Everything was super clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and visit! If you are ever visiting the area and don’t know where to stay. This place is where you want to stay! We have a toddler and it was perfect!

Wonderful place to stay 10/10

Bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but still slept ok. Staff was great and entire facility very clean. Well appointed room.

This was a relaxing stay. Rooms are clean, the check-in staff are very friendly, and parking is a breeze.

Excellent property! Highly recommend it.

It was perfect for my needs. I have rheumatoid arthritis and the bed was perfectly comfy.
