Probabilmente noi italiani siamo abituati a maggiori standard di pulizia e manutenzione delle strutture, rispetto ad altri viaggiatori. La stanza non era pulita a sufficienza, i bordi della doccia in alcuni punti sono neri. Ad ogni rientro in camera, nel pomeriggio dopo le pulizie giornaliere, ho sempre trovato le tazze sporche di caffè e di tisana del giorno prima. La carta igienica era sempre poca e nella stanza, al nostro arrivo, si congelava letteralmente. Da dire inoltre che non c'è un armadio, ma c'è solo un tubo lungo forse 40 cm posto in una zona di passaggio. In camera non c'è nemmeno una sedia. Solo due letti e il poggia bagaglio apribile. La colazione piuttosto scarsa. Insomma, non vale assolutamente la cifra che abbiamo pagato e mi dispiace perchè invece il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile. Però non posso passare la vacanza andando continuamente in reception a dire cosa non va...

The room and hotel itself were very clean, which was lovely. The option to include a breakfast buffet in your stay was very welcome for my 15 year old son! We couldn’t change the temperature in our room ourselves, so found it to be either too cold or too hot— granted there was a heatwave during our stay. The bathroom door handle kept coming off and the mattresses were dippy and uncomfortable. The front desk staff were kind and lovely. The staff in the restaurant, while kind, weren’t great at checking in with you or quick to bring over the bill— if eating there for lunch or dinner. Breakfast options were good and they give you a wide window to have it. We were unable to utilize it 3 of our mornings, because we left before 7AM, so I question whether it was worth it in the end for us. Due to the cleanliness of the hotel and the kind staff, I would recommend.

Rooms were clean, small but we literally only needed a place to lay our heads. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. We didn’t have other meals there so I can’t speak to that. Down side was the tv. We had one channel. We brought this up to staff and they were on top of it but it was sadly never fixed. Overall, would stay here again without hesitation.

Location could have been better.

The hotel was very nice. The restaurant attached can be very loud on game day but you can't hear a peep in the room. It should be worth noting that this is a blue collar district of Dublin and not center city so an Uber/Taxi/Public transportation is needed to visit the heart of the city.

The room was very clean and staff were also very friendly and helpful if you needed anything. FYI, there is a early check in fee of 30 Euros if you're very early (e.g. I tried to check in at 7 am and the check in time is at 3 pm) which was fine for me. It was ready for me by 10 am. They did say if you're like only a couple hours early (e.g. trying to check in at 1 pm) then they wouldn't charge since it's close to the official check in time so it was nice to hear there is some leniency if you needed it. But for me since I was super early, I just left my luggage in their closet room and then came back later. The location is great since it's in front of a couple of bus stops so it was very convenient to take the bus to the city center. Would definitely stay here again if I am visiting Dublin!

We stayed on Sat, July 4th. The room was comfortable but a bit small. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel on match days at Croke Park, as service for residents was lacking, with priority given to matchgoers. The food options were disappointing, limited to finger food in paper boxes. Additionally, we were disappointed to find the bar closed at 11 PM, leaving us unable to order drinks. Overall, I expected much more from my booking.

Ho prenotato due stanze per 4 persone. 2 persone per ogni stanza con modalità oaga in hotel quindi senza sconti e con un aumento della tariffa perché potevo pagare al momento del mio arrivo in hotel. Diversamente è stato fatto da parte dell'hotel che si è ritirato immediatamente al momento della prenotazione pagandosi anche la maggiorazione calcolata dal mio pagamento per l. Quindi hanno prelevato immediatamente senza aspettare il nostro arrivo pagando 200,00 euro circa in più. Non è tutto. Dopo aver visitato le stanze ho notato che la stanza è fornita di una vetrata ma non apre per il ricambio di aria. Infatti il soffitto è nero di umidità. Una piccolissima scrivania dove non è possibile appoggiare qualcosa senza sedia. C'è solo un vaso in ceramica credo, capovolto. Abbiamo appoggiato le valigie per terra per aprirle e poter prendere il pigiama e le pantofole. Il piccolo appendi giacca non è sufficiente perché abbiamo appoggiato i pantaloni, la camicia e la maglietta sulle nostre valigie che obbligatoriamente in mancanza di un appoggio o di un armadio le abbiamo messe per terra.
