숙소가 너무 경사진 언덕에 있어서 여행가방 끌고 올라갈때 고생했어요. 숙소상태도 오래된것같고 수건에서는 약간 독특한 냄새나요. 아침식사는 크라상과 과일이 맛있는 편인데 7시30분부터라, 아침일찍부터 움직여야하는 여행객에게는 좀 불편하고요. 1층은 창을 통해 외부에서 보일것같아 커튼도 못열고 지냈습니다.

Very good, quiet medium size hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast good. The pool garden was excellent. The room we stayed in was spacious with a kitchen corner. The room was clean but a little worn out, especially the woodwork. Overall a very comfortable 5 night’s stay.

Der var rent og personalet var søde. Morgenmaden var ok ikke særlig portuguisisk og ingen variationer. Tag det seriøst, hvis der står, at sengene er dårlige...de er hårde, næsten som at ligge på et brædt. Vi fik ødelagt en del af vores ferie grundet sengene. Jeg havde skrevet 3 mdr. før til hotellet og de svare, at det jo var individuelt, men vi skulle nok finde en løsning. Løsningen var et tynd vattæppe elle refundering også skulle vi selv finde et nyt hotel og ligge ud for et nyt ophold. Fremstår ikke som et 4 stjernet hotel, men mere et 3 stjernet, næsten alt så gammel og slidt ud på nær receptionen. Store rene værelser.Man kan høre alt larm/tale fra de andre gæster - det kan have sin charme, hvis man er til det. Placering for hotellet er ok et stille område. Gåtur til Cascais ca 20-25 minutter.

It's a great hotel in a good area. The breakfast was fresh and fulfilling. Every morning it was the same, though. The furniture and walls are a little tired. The kitchenette needs more equipment. It's quiet.

Everything was fantastic; we really enjoyed our stay! The staff is incredibly friendly, the breakfast is tasty, and the game room offers a wide variety of games to pass the time. The only downside was that the pool was too cold, and we had hoped to spend more time relaxing in or by the pool. Unfortunately, the kids couldn't stay in the water for more than a few minutes due to the cold, so we couldn't unwind poolside. Aside from that, it was a perfect vacation.

A little bit outdated but clean and away from the noise and weekend traffic.

We loved our stay at this hotel! It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the Estoril and Monte Estoril train stations, making it easy to travel to Lisbon or Cascais. The beach is very close, and you can enjoy a beautiful 20-minute walk along the boardwalk into Cascais. Every hotel staff we interacted with was incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was included in our stay and enjoyed it every morning.

Clen room but had not been updated in at least 20 years. Soundproofing was non-existent and could hear every car passing by, plus the trash trucks - so not ideal and quite hard to sleep. Bed was ok. Personnel was attentive. Breakfast was good

We first booked this hotel for 2 nights before we headed to Lisbon, but we fell in love with Cascais and decided to book another 3 nights at this place. Yes, the decor is not updated and the bedrooms doors need updating as you cannot close them without slamming but everything else was excellent! The rooms were spotless clean, the staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was great with a small variety of cold and hot meals. The swimming pool was great, and we enjoyed our swim after a day in town. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the beach or to the train stations to Lisbon or Cascais. It is a quite neighbourhood, but with some restaurants options close by. We really enjoyed Lucia’s Cafe for brunch. The kitchen was simple and had everything that we needed. They also sell frozen lasagna, pizzas in the hotel 24hrs if you fancy a late night meal, but we have not tried them. We highly recommend this place if you can pass the decor, hopefully they have plans to make the rooms pleasant as it is in the common areas.

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. We booked this hotel because of its high rating and 4-star status. However, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area with not much happening in the hotel or its immediate surroundings; there are only a few restaurants and no bars nearby. The first apartment we were given, a pool-view apartment, was like a time capsule from the 80s and was in poor condition. The table and two chairs were falling apart, the balcony only had plastic chairs, and there was no sofa or comfortable chair inside. The bed was hard and had only one bedside table. After we complained, the lovely staff moved us to a much better room that included a sofa. While this room was a significant improvement, its decor was also quite dated. The staff in this hotel is very nice and helpful, and the cleanliness is great. The included breakfast was okay. To be clear, this hotel really needs a renovation. I would recommend this hotel for families with children looking for a quiet place to stay, but not for people who want a more lively atmosphere. On the plus side, it is very cheap to get a Bolt or Uber to the center of Cascais. Hope this is helpful.

This is a charming, light- filled, calm and friendly hotel. The staff are very helpful, a special thank you to Adriana at breakfast who was always so warm and kind. Breakfast is so beautifully presented and generous. Adriana even let our children help her to feed the pet turtles! The housekeeping staff are incredible! Our whole apartment was made immaculate every day. The gardens and pool are quiet and relaxing. The decor is tired and needs a revamp / re paint in some areas of the bedrooms but our bed was so comfy and the shower was great. We loved this place.

Wonderful place for especially for familes. We are a family of 6 (4 kids) and we always have to book 2 rooms but in this Hotel we had an apartment. It was spacious and perfect. The staff is amazingly curtious, always willing to help and pleasant. The pool area is beautiful with a bar and tennis courts just 4 steps away. They have a lot for kids to do as well. It's like a hidden gem.
