당신의 숙소가 4층이상 이라면 창가에 요트와 해질녁 노을의 환상적인 그림을 보게 될것 입니다. 깨끗하고 넓은 방 사이즈에 놀라고 아침 식사의 깔끔함에 놀랄것 입니다. 다만 최근 건축되고 시작 되어 아직 모든 직원들이 친절한 서비스와 언어 사용에는 교육이 부족하지만 그래도 탄자니아에서 이정도면….그래서 결론은 이정도의 가격에 이정도 서비스는 쉽게 찾아보기 어려운 수준의 호텔이라 완전 추천 드립니다.

깨끗한 객실과 창밖에 보이는 요트들… 해질녘 노을은 다시 이 호텔에 오게 하는 마법. 모든것이 완벽한 몇 안되는 대르살렘의 호텔입니다.

Stayed for 2 weeks. Great staffs. Although foods are a bit boring eating the same menu wasnt easy. Its because my stay was long. And the room was like a furnished apartment so next time i think i will prepare a simple ready to cook meal Anyway it was a great experience overall. Great staffs for sure.

Very clean

Staff courteous, friendly. Breakfast buffet wide variety with hot and cold options but tons of flies. Tried to access spa but no one there. A/C very good and strong. WiFi fast. Water pressure and temperature great. Not very well noise insulated but I was at the end of the hall. Area is bad, nothing close and nothing to do.

Stayed 2.5 nights at the Element by Westin, Dar es Salaam, and overall had a very pleasant experience, with just a few minor hiccups. It was my first time in DAR, and although we were recommended other hotels, they were all fully booked. We opted for the Element, located in the vibrant Masaki area, and were glad we did. We arrived around 16:00, but surprisingly, our rooms were not ready. That was disappointing, especially after a long and tiring trip. However, the issue was swiftly handled by other staff members, and we were upgraded to better rooms — a kind gesture that turned things around. The room was very spacious, with a well-maintained living area and a high standard of cleanliness. Special thanks to Anna, the maid, for keeping everything in top shape! 🙏 One small issue was the rain shower water pressure, which was quite low and made showering a bit of a hassle. Not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning. We dined once at the hotel — the tomato soup and avocado pizza were surprisingly good! Although we didn’t get to use the pool area, it looked inviting and well-kept. Service was a standout. Special thanks to Ms. Hatice, Michael (the trainee), and Ramadhan at the front office — professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend the Element by Westin for anyone visiting DAR. With a few tweaks, it could be near perfect. I’d gladly return.
