Location amazing. We had a sea view which was stunning but the rear harbour views are gorgeous too. Hosts were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Parking permit was very helpful , though finding a space in this lovely corner of Weymouth took patience. Everywhere was very clean. Breakfast was tastly and again dining room with the stunning view. Our room had everything we could need and more, fridge very useful for chilling water, milk and wine!! (Wine glasses provided!!)Comfy chairs to relax and enjoy the view. Hubby loved the huge king size bed , a tad soft for me, but certainly plenty of room. Take an eye mask as you have a 50/50 chance of facing the sea and the light outside is very bright. We always travel with them so was good. Would most definitely stay again

Position lovely between beach & river . Room rather small but good views. No lift , rather a climb to 2nd floor, though sttaff helpful.

Very nice guest house, clean and comfortable bed, but parking a bit of an issue. Hosts very welcoming and pleasent.

Great location at tip of Esplanade. Somewhat older and worn guesthouse, could do with a refresh such as carpets. No fans in room (A/C not expected) but fridge was an excellent surprise. Very friendly.

We loved this place. Our room looked out on the English Channel, giving us a delightful view of the beach. Our hosts were wonderful and a pleasure to spend time with. We will return!!😎

We had a fabulous one night stay. The location in the town centre with sea views was just lovely making early morning swimming so easy. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was very tasty and served by Hyacinthia, the owner, who was very professional and easy going. We felt very at home. Room 3 was extremely comfy

From start to finish Hyacinth was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble for her a real people person. The breakfast was also a real highlight cooked by Danny.The whole property was immaculately clean with great facilities including the shower which can be a problem in an old building but not this one. Highly recommended and will be staying here again, a real 5 Star experience.

Beautiful and very central.

What a great guest house to stay in, was greeted with a big warm welcome from Hyacinth the owner, friendly and went over and above to make our stay very memorable. Location was brilliant and a fab view of the beach. Bed was so comfortable and spotless, had a bathroom with shower and a bathtub. Full English Breakfast was exceptional. It’s definitely 5star.

The host is so nice and friendly, clean room very nicely done. We stayed in room one a beautiful view, gorgeous breakfast everything tasted so fresh and good quality Definitely staff again as it’s so great if your going to the pavilion xx
