Great

I liked everything.

The location was great in walkable distance of Canal Street and Bourbon Street. The area was safe and we found parking close for cheaper.

We had an amazing time and the hotel was wonderful

The front desk employees were not nice or helpful

No refrigerator or microwave and the rooms were sooo hot. Staff are not friendly. However I loved the rooms. Just wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Customer Service

We inquired about dropping our luggage off until it was time to check in. Not only were they willing to accommodate our luggage, but they actually let us check in early; right before noon. The staff on site were all very kind, professional and helpful. I would more than likely stay here when I return to New Orleans again. Thank you!

Good location rest just OK housekeeping slow and inconsistent coffee not refilled took out cups in first day and then after calling front desk 2x got 1 back other one was never replaced ……. Cleaned bathroom and changed towels but the Bed was not made - overall ok due to its location Floor next to carpet in bedroom was sticky not clean and the exposed concrete with all the cracks and fixes with epoxy and ceiling is probably a taste thing but seems strange and not speaking to me Personally would not repeat and select a different Hotel out of the Hilton Family

The hotel was conveniently located - French Quarters was within walking distance.

I love that the floors are cement! I really dislike carpet in a hotel. Our room was spacious & comfortable & it's location to the Saenger is excellent for walking to events.

Our suite was spacious, clean & the temperature was well regulated. It was very quiet & dark (blackout shades) so we were able to rest & recharge. My only wish is that the mini fridge worked. We've stayed in 3 rooms & the fridges don't cool. Other than that it's great.

We had two rooms and neither of the refrigerators kept anything cold. They were built into a weird cabinet preventing a good seal.

Other than the front desk lady being a little rude everything else was amazing … I was content with my stay there and will stay there again

The hotel was very clean, with friendly staff and stylish, modern furniture and decor. It’s within walking distance to Canal Street and several restaurants, making the location convenient. The area felt very safe and was well-lit at night, with a police station located directly across the street. However, there is ongoing street construction directly in front of the entrance, which has affected valet parking due to the road being blocked. The area can also be quite noisy from passing cars and loud music — we recommend bringing earplugs if you’re sensitive to sound.

The room was clean and relatively spacious. Staff was excellent! Very friendly and accommodating. Food was also very good. Room was too warm for us. Air conditioner only went down to 64F, The surrounding area can be noisy after dark with suped up cars and motorcycles. The hotel should definitely fix the espresso machine!!!

The front desk staff, Lee and DaRell and bartender, Brittany were AH-MAZING. Friendly, efficient, responding to needs...top notch. The hotel room had carpet at one point (glad it has been taken up), but now they need to redo the floors with a ceramic tile, my bath had a broken window, and the air/heat unit couldn't be regulated. I would not recommend 5th floor corner unit. All that being said, the staff mentioned above would make me consider giving this hotel another try after confirming some of the concerns have been corrected. Hotel definately a 3 star (not a 4+ that was in my search engine), staff 5+.
