Electricity out, hot water out, poor wifi connection Spacious room

2010년대 여러번 이용했던 호텔입니다. 괜찮은 점이 있어서 여러번 투숙했습니다. 그러나 이번 2023년 여름에 투숙했을 때는 모든게 엉망이었습니다. 냄새나고 물도 잘 안나오고 호텔 내 모든 방문 여닫이가 작동이 안되어 쿵쿵하는 소리가 나고 창문은 방음이 안되고 ... 가격은 이전보다 많이 올랐는데 질은 형편없었습니다. 다시 투숙하고 싶지 않은 호텔이 되었습니다. 참고하세요.

Great Hotel. Excellent location. Food was great, As was the bar. Staff were friendly and helpful only black mark was awful tv reception

Very comfy bed and decent shower. Wifi worked well. Didn’t have breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is in the perfect location for the West End of Glasgow. Been staying in the Grosvenor on and off for 40 years, it’s time to update for the next 40.

Stayed here only 1 night. Nicer hotel. Clean and well kept. Parking was a little unusual. It was on top of the garage of an apartment store next door. Had to take an elevator down to the first floor and walk out to the street through the market. Not really such a big deal. Odd for a nice hotel. Had a nice corner room with a decent view. Looked down on a main street with a bar right across. Was still a little noisy at midnight and had to close the windows. Breakfast was in an attached restaurant. Decent English breakfast buffet. Not bad. Not great. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay here again.

WARNING: this hotel accepts dogs but is not dog friendly! I followed advice regarding access to certain areas with my dog. Despite this I was made to feel awkward and experienced rudeness from one particular staff member. I will not be visiting this hotel again.

Had a great one night stay. All staff were friendly and it’s in a great location. The only downside is the traffic and late night party goers noise level. Things didn’t really go quiet until about 4am so not much sleep.

Okay stay for one night in Glasgow. The staff was very friendly. We had three rooms for our group - one was ok and two had some mold spots in the bathrooms. No in room refrigerators. Beds were decently comfortable and the rest of the room was clean despite older furnishings. The fans provided were nice since it was a warm night. We appreciated having parking available and location has easy access to the airport. We also enjoyed the beautiful botanical gardens across the street.

It presents as a high end hotel, but there were so many basic things missing. A fridge. Accessible plugs. Air conditioning? These would have been great and to be honest, they’re essential at a hotel that presents as luxurious. The bed was hard and the room we stayed in - which faces towards Byres Road - had little to no ventilation and a terrible view towards a car park. Stains on carpets and furniture. The bedding seemed to also be inside out. Very strange hotel that’s far from what you’d expect these days. The faded Hilton sign says it all. If you want stay in the west end, go elsewhere.

Lovely stay. Reception staff excellent

I have stayed at the Glasgow Grosvenor over the last four years. For what it is, it has become very expensive and the quality of the room was not reflected in this. Small and dingy. Overall, I think the hotel has become tired looking and needs a refresh to make it brighter overall.

Bed was awful, I kept rolling out! The staff were snooty and not friendly. The location is great, the hotel is clean except for the weird “fall candle” smell on the 2nd floor, the rooms are pretty. Not a terrible, just average. Highly recommend Salty’s chips and pizza down the street for food, service was awesome and food was good and plentiful.

Too warm at night, even keeping the window open did not help much; did not sleep well. Hotel no longer Marriott, wonder why.

It’s faded and tired. It’s advertised as being on special at £67 then vat is added then parking is added at £10 . No breakfast for this price and it’s tired. I remember stay there in the early 80’s when it was “the place” it’s suffering . The rooms don't have USB C or 3 phone chargers and the circuit tripped when I plugged in my charger .

There was nothing I liked about the property. Broken tiles in the bathroom noise from the lifts all night. Went to use the iron provided and on a white shirt for a wedding it left a dirty black mark. I complained to reception and they said they would get a manager to call me. I'm still waiting. If your thinking about staying there id think again not value for money

All in all a very good experience in a well maintained hotel.
