Nice place after fewdays in city center of Istanbul quit and clean organized I don’t like only far from airport when u want to leave

Every thing was perfect: Location, Environment, Staff and Services I strongly recommends it

The Address is marvelous. Beautifully designed, with very professional staff and great service. The rooms are well designed and bright and immaculately clean, with very comfortable beds and bedding and large bathrooms. The location is convenient, right next to EMAAR Square shopping mall with lots of great stores and restaurants, easy access by taxi to the rest of the city and easy connections to the airports.

Hotel rooms and food are very nice. But the situation with parking we awful as we had to pay $25 dollars for valet parking. As a guest at the hotel I expect my car valet parking to be free in a five stars hotel. And additionally, the staff didn’t provide information upon arrival about extra charge for valet parking service. And ask to pay while checking out.

I've visited Istanbul many times, but this was my first time staying outside the busy city center — and it turned out to be a great decision. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient: just minutes away from the main attractions, yet far enough to avoid the gridlocked traffic of the city. The hotel itself is truly state-of-the-art, from the beautifully designed rooms to the excellent amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly — I can honestly say they felt more like friends by the end of our stay. This will absolutely be my first choice next time I visit Istanbul

Convenient access to the mall.

Imagine that you're staying at the Four Seasons but you're not paying Four Seasons pricing. We loved the hotel and the staff who were so professional and polite. It was beautifully appointed and we loved that it was attached to the Emarr shopping mall. We would definitely stay here again.
