The Address Istanbul is an excellent property right next to the Emaar Mall. There are plenty of dining options in the mall - for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are extremely well decorated - the only comment I had was the dispenser shower gel / shampoo. Extremely accommodating and helpful room service and front desk staff

Otelde konakladığımız süre boyunca her şey mükemmeldi. Çalışanlar son derece yardımsever, saygılı ve güler yüzlüydü. Özellikle kahvaltı ekibine ayrı bir teşekkür etmek isterim. Her sabah bizle ilgilenen Doğukan Bey’in ilgisi ve içten tavırları güne güzel başlamamıza vesile oldu. Tüm kahvaltı ekibine emekleri ve samimiyetleri için çok teşekkür ederiz. Ayrıca ismini hatırlayamadığım için kusura bakmasın, ama her seferinde bizi güler yüzüyle karşılayan sarışın, zarif hanımefendiye de ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Onun pozitif enerjisi de oteldeki güzel anılarımızın bir parçası oldu. Bu otelde ikinci kez konakladık ve iki hafta boyunca adeta kendi evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettik. Her şey için tekrar teşekkürler, en kısa zamanda yeniden görüşmek dileğiyle!

Haftasonu tatili için geldik ilk kez konaklama yaptık ve çok memnun kaldık girişten çıkışa kadar herşey çok iyiydi tekrar geleceğiz

Luxurious hotel with spacious rooms and a Great price. Beds were comfortable and staff at the hotel were very accommodating. I definitely recommend adding breakfast on at booking if not the hotel charges $55 euro per person which is extremely expensive.

A great stay as always . Except for the faulty hair dryer that burnt my finger. Could have burnt the hotel Alhamdulilah

Öncelikle rezervasyon yaptıktan sonra konaklamadan önce otel tarafından aranılarak rezervasyondaki özel isteklerin teyit edilmesi ve bu konuda bilgi verilmesi çok iyi oldu. Otelin konumu çok iyi , otoparkı çok elverişli , personel gerçekten güler yüzlü ve yardım sever. Odalar, banyo ve otelin genel alanları yeni ve temiz. Odalar ve banyo küçük değil gayet yeterli. özellikle güzel fiyat yakalandığı zaman hiç tereddüt etmeden kalınacak bir tesis

Very convenient..

Thank you to the check in staff! When I arrived I was having a personal meltdown! The bellman, front desk agent and manager were so helpful and kind! Literally turned my entire day around! Thank you for your kindness during a difficult moment! I loved this entire place and the mall was right next door which was absolutely amazing! Thank you!

Very nice property, clean, quiet, good location. Shopping on hotel grounds. Fitness centre is decent, not very busy. Large selection of food options in lounge and restaurant, as well as room service. Service slow in the lounge.

Our stay at Address Hotel in Istanbul was exceptional. The rooms were impeccably clean, offering a comfortable and well-maintained space. The shower was the highlight—perfect water pressure, truly relaxing, and equipped with everything needed for a refreshing experience. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, providing easy access to key attractions and conveniences. Friendly staff too. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and a prime location in Istanbul!

Nice but expensive

J’ai passé un excellent séjour tout était parfait, le personnel au petit soin, ils sont agréables et très professionnel. J’ai adoré être là-bas. Mention spéciale au portier je ne retiens pas son nom mais il est plus âgé des portiers, merci pour ton professionnalisme.

Everything is perfect

Die an der Rezeption, sprechen sich nicht gegenseitig ab, haben getrennt 3 Zimmer gebucht, aber sie haben es trotz verschiedene Nachnamen verwechselt. Haben Frühstück vor Ort an der Anreise gebucht, aber es war nicht zu sehen im System und mussten das doppelte zahlen. Im Restaurant vor allen anderen Gästen wurden wir auch noch blossgestellt, man zieht die Gäste die mehrere Tausend € zur Seite und nimmt ihnen die Teller weg … auf die paar € kommt es nicht drauf an, aber man hat sich gefühlt wie Dreck. Aber die Zimmer und alles andere war sehr Top.
