시설은 아득하고 아름다웠고 방도 매우 깨끗하고 채광도 좋았음 . 다만 주변의 식당이나 카페가 다소 거리가 있었음 . 공항과 가깝고 아침에 픽업차량을 연결해주어서 매우좋았음

Clean room very spacious, staff was very nice.

I had a very short stay at the property due to an early flight, but it was a lovely restored building. The room was small but comfortable and the wifi connection was excellent. I would have really appreciated being able to make a cup of coffee when I got up at 4.30 am, but the hotel is so close to the airport that I was able to get a coffee and a sandwich quite quickly!

Pour une nuit avec un départ très tôt le lendemain à l’aéroport. Le bus passe juste devant, c’est parfait. Tout est très bien, la chambre la salle de bains… ma chambre donnait sur la rue mais ça allait niveau bruit extérieur. Par contre d’autres clients sont rentrés tard et parlaient fort dans le couloir. C’était assez distinct pour me réveiller et preuve que les chambres ne sont pas très insonorisées: je n’ai eu qu’à dire « shhhhhhh » très fort depuis mon lit or qu’ils l’entendent et chuchotent…

Staff were so nice. Great location if you want to be by the airport, hotel has everything you need for a comfy stay for a night or two.

I messaged several times to inform my arrival time, but no one was at the front desk to greet me. The rooms are fine - serviceable for a quick overnight. Two major issues: - The hotel never sent the Wi-Fi password and I messaged about it twice to ask. - The rooms have an electronic lock on the outside but no physical lock on the inside - this made me feel unsafe sleeping there alone as a woman.

L'hôtesse était d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle. L'hôtel est bien aménagé, très propre, bien climatisé dans les chambres. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel et nous le recommandons sans réserve.

Located extremely close to the airport on one of Lisbon’s old prestige avenues, this former mansion is now a very modern and comfortable accommodation. Very good value for money. We had a mini glitch upon arrival but they fixed it instantly. I would recommend.

Great little spot close to the airport. Wonderful lady who worked hard in the kitchen every morning! Even though breakfast wasn’t included for my room she made sure I got a morning coffee.

Das Alvalade Palace ist eine super Unterkunft in der Nähe des Flughafens. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstuck ist toll. Die Unterkunft verfügt über ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in Lissabon. Einziger kleiner Abstrich ist die Aussenansicht. Das Hotel ist aussen nicht als solches angeschrieben und man hat den Eindruck, dass man auf einen privaten Eingang zu läuft. Wir kommen aber gerne wieder.

The bathroom was extremely small and poorly designed. To sit on the toilet comfortably, you had to shift to one side because of the limited space. The shower was also very cramped, making it difficult to move around, bend over, or shower comfortably due to its tiny size.

Fui literalmente expulsa do hotel pós uma funcionária que se dizia da limpeza . Isso ocorreu após eu apenas pontuar o ruído do ar condicionado do quarto vizinho que reverberava no meu. A dicionário disse “ se você quer conforto vá para um hotel 4 estrelas “ no mesmo instante VII embora humilhada. O pior : este estabelecimento se recusou a devolver meu dinheiro , e nem o café da manhã de 2 dias mais taxa turismo que eu deixei pago. Foram além de tudo injustos e desonestos

The hotel was very nice and very close to the airport without very much noise outside. The only issue was the breakfast prep in the morning was very loud and could be heard upstairs at an early hour.
