The condition of the room is so clean and good. I'm willing to continue using it next time.

Newer hotel, but pool and hot tub were out of order, elevator was out of order for half the trip, fridge in room did not work, thermostat in room did not work. No housekeeping available and when we called for more towels and bedding we were told we would have to come to the front desk to retrieve the requested items because they were short staffed. We paid a hefty amount for the room, this isn’t acceptable.

Great overall experience.

Best getaway trip to Clearwater and lovely place to stay. Right next to Clear valley road which leads to all the major falls. Property is very clean, very accessible.

We were very pleased with our stay at Best Western Plus. Our room was very spacious and exceptionally clean. The complementary breakfast had a good variety and was attended to regularly by the staff. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is in good working condition and the breakfast was great. Our biggest complaint was the fact that the pool and hottub was completely out of service. This was not advertised on expedia and is listed on their own website... Somewhere we could not find. For $260... This was very frustrating considering we had been in the car for 7.5 hours with the kids and they had lots of energy to burn.

The bed seemed to have fleas; I felt itchy all over as soon as I lay down. The swimming pool was closed! Breakfast wasn't very good; the only redeeming feature was that the room was relatively new.

I am going to be honest this was an awful hotel. I booked online paying top price to find out the pool is down, the gym equipment was all broken and not working and that the pet rules were not true so putting my dog in a pet resort costing me another 150.00 while checking in people with dogs roll in. The hotel staff were very in helpful and it was just an absolute mess!!! For a small town I would hope they would do better when accommodating people. But I would never recommend staying at this hotel ever !

Staff were friendly and the hotel was well organized and taken care of. Breakfast was good. Our room was huge!
