The pool wasn’t working & there was no microwave as listed

Is the pool was cold. Not horribly cold, but it could've been turned up a degree or two.

They did not do much about the kids running around the hallways at night, banging doors, playing. Breakfast is mediocre.

Hotel is nice. Breakfast lacks variety, fresh fruit options

Aucun accomodation pour changer la date d''une journée. Trivago envoie la balle à l'hôtel et l'hôtel envoie la balle à Trivago. Nous étions sur place et aucun moyen... Pas même un crédit ni remboursement. Pourtant si on avait réservé directement avec l'hôtel, ils auraient pu. Ma fille l'@ déjà fait. Ne réserver pas via Trivago.

Nice, clean room. Complimentary breakfast and parking. One complaint is the room is not soundproof. The room we have has this locked door that connects to the other room. Woke up late night of sound of couple having sex -moaning, dirty talk and slapping. Like you can hear them loud and clear. So next time you plan to do something, think twice :()

Spacious room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast choices. Quiet fun pool

The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast had a great selection and was fresh. Great pillows and water pressure. However, snow build up against stairwell exits on exterior of building preventing opening of fire exits in emergency. Considering we were staying on the second floor and hotel had families for a hockey tournament it was a huge safety issue. There was also a case of beer right in front of the main doors from the parents drinking on the couch despite there being posted rules about alcohol in public areas.

Comfort Inn is really the only place in Carleton place that is worth it IMHO. Plenty of AirB&B's but they are very expensive and unreliably cleaned. Comfort Inn only gets 3 stars because It's nothing special, but it IS always clean, usually quiet, and conveniently located for activities in Ottawa as well as the surrounding area. It's a good home base if you're doing more than just visiting Ottawa.

Found the front clerk extremely helpful and the room was well kept and clean. Fitness room was cleaned daily and all equipment was wiped down to remain well kept

The staff was friendly and useful. The place clean and quiet. I had breakfast at 8:15 and the food was luke warm. I was earlier the next day and it was fine. Wooden utensils don't make the cut.

Staff were lovely. Check in and out super easy. I just didn’t realize how no frills hotels have gone for close to $200 a night.
