The hotel was spotless warm and welcoming. We came out of season which was nice. It was quiet and peaceful. There are spectacular views of the Loch and mountains. Our room had an outdoor space looking into the Loch where swans came to say hello. In the evening we sat down for a meal seated near the window. Staff were polite and knowledgeable about the hotels history. Food was tasty and well presented. We will be returning in the summer.

The staffs are very friendly. Check in process was smooth and the room was clean and with a very nice lake view same as the room description. The breakfast was cook to your order, hot and tasty.

Lovely spot on the side of Loch Lomond. The room was clean, warm and had a 'beach hut' style wood panelling. Bed comfy. Staff were friendly, especially at breakfast.

Absolutely fantastic service from all the staff and couldn't fault anything, been back many times and intending to return as as l can ,thank you to all the staff and management.

Amazing loch side room location, room to high standard and amenities like Nespresso machine with plenty of Pods which was great.

Very clean room & bathroom . Ceiling a little creaky from the guests above. Reception staff friendly & efficient. Restaurant staff were amazing, considering how busy it was the service was excellent. They checked back with us & were smart & attentive. Lovely breakfast too. Perfect overnight stay.

Its always a pleasure to stay at Duck Bay Hotel, I try to stay at least once a year , I enjoy the location, the hotel is aways perfect and the food is delicious .

We had a lovely stay, the restaurant and breakfast room were excellent. Bobby's coffee bar were was a bit overpriced for a scone, nearly £5 and it wasn't fresh so choose more wisely as there were lovely cakes on display. Our bed was a bit too firm for our liking, no give at all. Aside from that we thoroughly enjoyed.

We loved our stay at Duck Bay. It was a special birthday treat for my mum and we booked the a premium suite and it was amazing! The views of the loch was outstanding. Everything about the weekend stay was superb. The breakfast was superb and the staff were lovely. Would definitely stay again. We loved it

Place is absolutely fantastic, staff very friendly and helpful, food brilliant and great menu, l visit the hotel with my partner at least 6 times a year and always book up for hogmanay, room's are spotless, breakfast and evening meals are very pleasing, staff fantastic and great parking

Outstanding friendly staff. Recommended I stop by the Falls of Fallach and recommended a restaurant at my next stop, Oban. Both recommendations were spot on and are among the more outstanding memories of my visit to the area. Thanks!
