경비원이 전혀 없었고, 체크인 절차는 로비에서 태블릿을 통해서만 이루어졌고 매우 혼란스러워서 도움을 요청할 수 없었습니다. 휴대폰 번호가 붙어있지만 현지번호인데 저희는 해외 관광객들은 와이파이만 사용합니다. 에어컨이 덥습니다. 불평하고 싶지만 사람이 전혀 없기 때문에 할 수 없습니다. 여기 머무르는 게 정말 지쳤어요.

No live receptionist at the hotel. All are virtual self service. I had no mobile data to make outbound call to live hotel receptionist to get check in code. In the end, I wasted RMx with roaming. What a bad day. The location is far away from city. Other than this, I m OK with the service rendered by cleaning staff. Very polite.
