체크인 및 다른 서비스들은 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 룸안에 전화기는 불량이였으며, 교체를 요청했어도 바뀌지 않았습니다. 샤워기는 수압이 너무 약해 확인해 보니, 이음새 부분에 물이 새고 있었습니다. 그런 작은 불편함이 여럿 있었던 호텔이였습니다.

Its a no brainer! Best hotel to stay in Prague and as my husband says, I’m the most difficult customer to please, and they exceed my expectations! The food is a super pluss too! ooh and The Spa!

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. They didn't miss on anything. It was also very comfortable in the room and the streaming option on the TV was very helpful to watch movies in English. It was one of the only hotels we have stayed at that had this option.

The Andaz is a wonderful hotel, the front desk staff is excellent.

The photos on the website do not do the hotel justice. It was so much better in person so much more vibrant and full of life perhaps the finest hotel I ever stated in.

Maids busted into the room early in the morning without knocking. It was alarming to be woken up from sleep with housekeeping standing in the room.No apology was offered.

It's located 5-10 minutes walking distance from many of the major sites. The hotel itself is very well maintained and is Avant Garde as advertised.

The staff were nice and helpful, but unfortunately, the service didn’t quite meet expectations. I tried calling reception multiple times, and they were consistently slow to answer—it actually surprised me on the rare occasion they picked up right away. When I was checking out, I called in advance to request help with my luggage, but ended up needing to call again to remind them. By the time my car to the airport had arrived and I’d finished the checkout process, I still had to wait a few extra minutes in the car just for them to bring my luggage out!
