호텔은 좋았으나, 주변 환경이 편안하지 못함 조식에 많은 손님을 관리 하지 못해 주문 순서 및 음식 나오는 시간이 너무 오래 결렸음.

시설이나 직원들의 응대 등 매우 만족했습니다. 그러나 도심과 떨어진 위치때문에 여행객에겐 이동시간이 많이 소요되는 불편함이 있습니다. 공항을 이용하는 투숙객에게는 공항과 가까우면서 조용하고 깨끗하다는 점이 매우 큰 장점일것 같습니다. 같은 가격의 도심 객실에 비해 객실의 면적이 넓었습니다.

Un buen hotel para viajer de negocios y si te interesa estar cerca del aeropuerto, es excelente Opción ya que el inmueble es nuevo, moderno y habitación muy amplia. Muy buena atención.

The property had no water!!! Hahahahhaaha kind of important for a Hotel Room. 👌

The airport shuttle was very useful, if not prompt. The description said there was a park nearby. I couldn't find it. Also, there was no mention of major construction next to the property, making getting in/out and around somewhat challenging. Finally, I thought I booked a room with breakfast but Expedia screwed up again! Great staff, friendly and helpful.

Huge room and also very clean Only thing that I had to do was ask for more towels which was no big deal.

Se fue la electricidad 4 veces

It's accessible (close to the airport and the city). The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only downside is the construction going on in the surrounding area.

all in all the hotel was very good and staff were helpful. The breakfast, however, was not very well managed as I could not get anyone to take my order. I took what was set on my table (yogurt, granola and some fruit) and did not go back the following days opting for Starbucks just down the road.

Bastante complicado que solamente te dan una llave de acceso para el cuarto que tienes que usar para prender la luz y a veces se te olvida y es un lío para que te den una llave nueva

El servicio de traslado es de gran ayuda y el personal en general es muy amable. Sin embargo el proveedor de taxi señor Joel quedo mal, lo solicitamos con tiempo, desafortunadamente no recuerdo del nombre de la señora que estuvo el dia de ayer 14 de junio por la tarde noche que nos resolvio enviandonos un Uber a la brevedad.

Nos tocó estar sin luz , no fue culpa del hotel pero eso no nos dejó disfrutar tanto

Al llegar no tenían electricidad nos comentaron que tardaría solo unas horas en regresar pero realmente regreso hasta las 9 de la noche No me ofrecieron ni ninguna cortesía o reembolso parcial por el inconveniente
