Amazing hotel! The heated pool on the rooftop was nice and the food and drinks! Staff waw very friendly and the rooms were comfy. Will definitely stay again!

Have stayed at this location 3 years in a row. Feels like home, the staff always welcoming, friendly, and kind. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and very safe as it requires room key to enter this area. Also enjoy the rooftop area ambiance and wonderful breakfast buffet. Will definitely return.

The staff is amazing

I’m not a fan. Very convenient for the airport, but that’s all - breakfast not great, no menus for any dining online, very limited food options locally, bed softer than I’d like, pillows thin and soft too. Good shower, nice staff.

Yo pagué en la reservacion el desayuno incluido y cuando llegué al desayuno el dia siguiente me dijeron que no estaba incluido y lo tuve que volver a pagar.

Staff English and cimmunication

Very modern and clean hotel close to the SJO airport. The free shuttle service from airport to hotel was great. Overall, it was a great hotel for both business and vacation travels with an excellent restaurant and bar. I would for sure to stay at AC Hotel Belen again.

Location from airport with very friendly, helpful staff and great amenities! Food trucks onsite helps to make choice for next meal easy. Fitness center was nice and breakfast was delicious. Rooftop lounge & swimming pool was a great way to unwind as well.

Loved relaxing in lounge by rooftop pool was rainy so never used pool but was relaxing area. Rooms very nice...recommend

I was really impressed by the AC Marriott. It was a great modern hotel that was very clean and comfortable. i'd definitely stay again!

Nice hotel and good surrounding areas with some restaurants and a small playground on site. Very convenient but the room was pretty average, the floors felt like they had layers of soap and were still dirty. Overall decent, just not extremely clean in the room for the price.

Can’t say enough of how enjoyable this last business trip was. This property is a newer modern hotel that was very close to the Airport. There on site conference rooms came in handy for an unscheduled meeting. The Starbucks and food court onsite was convenient when I didn’t have time to dine in one of their excellent restaurants. My Spanish is not great but that didn’t matter as the entire staff including the 24/7 security people all spoke fluent English, they even had the NBA finals games on it the lounge, anyway will always book there from now on if I have to come back to San Jose.

Great place to stay if you are leaving from SJO.
