Todo bien y sería excelente pero hay demasiados huspedes que guisan en las habitaciones y huele a su comida por todos lados

It was the worst experience I’ve had in years. The hotel room was worse than a hospital room. It had those white cold lights that made the room look depressing. The AC was not working and the temperature didn’t get cooler than 90F. The shower was leaking all the water which got all over the floor. My husband and I had to ran out of that place and not look back. We ended up making new reservations for another hotel (Hard Rock hotel) which turned out to be even 25 usd cheaper. Never again staying in that horrible hotel.

Excelente solamente confirmaron vía telefónica que podíamos hacer uso de la alberca hasta las 8pm el día de la Salida como en otras ocasiones, sin embargo las políticas cambiaron y dejó de ser una opción viable contra el riu o hard rock

Excelente opcion para quedarte varios dias, tiene cocineta, cuartos amplios y muy buena ubicación

El servicio en la recepción de excelente , la alberca un poco descuidada y sucia . Gente que no parece que este hospedada usando las áreas comunes y limitan el uso para el resto de los huéspedes. El servicio de limpieza muy básico y hay que estar prendido toallas a la recepción ya que se les olvida dejarlas en la habitación.

They allowed us to do check-in very early and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be staying again. They have accesible washer and dryer and even gave you one detergent pod. All bathrooms were clean even near the pool. I just wish they had more chairs near the pool, some people put their towels on them to “reserve” them but in over an hour never even came to sit in them because they were at the grill area.

Muy comodo, todo lo básico, y más. Buena limpieza y gran equipamiento. Esta estupendo para estancias largas.

Falta que haya personal que ayude con las maletas y valet parking, fue la primera vez que veníamos y todo lo tuvimos que ir adivinando. La alberca no está climatizada y no hay quien apoye en ese lugar

Al llegar tuve mala impresión el bote de basura estaba desbordado, pero avise en recepción e inmediatamente mandaron limpiar .
