First i want to say our visit to Madeira was amazing. Being my first time, i loved it. However, the accommodation wasn't really what i expected. The location was great. Close to the ocean, to grocery stores, to restaurants, and to buses and taxis. However, there where two of us staying and the bed was small, it was a double bed, not a queen size bed. The utensils in the kitchen where minimal. The t.v. was old, (not really a big deal, we weren't there to watch t.v.) There was no balcony, but a beautiful roof top terrace, which had stunning view of the ocean, however it would have been nice if the chairs provided to sit on terrace where more of nice comfortable lounge chair, rather than simple folding chairs. The oven didn't work, and there where no racks in the oven which meant even if you did want to use it, you where cooking on the bottom of the oven. We were supplied with one bathing towel for each for two weeks, luckily we had a washing machine to wash them to have fresh towels. The parking spot provided was quite tight and akward to park in. One last thing i'd say is there where too many extra fees associated with this rental. I would say maybe incorporate this into rental price if you don't want to put off potential renters. In general ok, but i would not rent this property again.
