My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights. I'm satisfied with everything, but there is one thing I'm disappointed with. Room cleaning is done only once a week. I would like to do this at least once every 2-3 days. I stayed 6 nights, but only 1 towel and toilet paper were prepared, so I had to ask for extra. If the pitcher is staying for several days, I would like to prepare towels and toilet paper in advance.

Amazing room. Had a little trouble with figuring out how the appliances worked but the staff were helpful.

This is a tough one. Really liked the room but didn't like the bed platform. The hotel cleaning staff was very superficial. The room was extremely dusty because of the ventilation system, tops of everything were dusty. The lack of fresh air in the room was a bummer and the single window was dirty. We bought cleaning supplies and did our own daily. It was very windy during our stay and I think that increased the dust in the building. Otherwise it was extremely pleasant. We stayed nearly a month and everything about the hotel lent itself to us. The tram next door is a game changer you can put right to work! Great location. We will stay there again!

Loved the area and how it was so close to transportation

Such a lovely apartment style room, perfect for our long weekend in Dublin. Cooking facilities work perfectly for making cooked breakfast each morning and a few simple dinners in the evening. Only request would be for a washing up sponge and tea towel. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spacious. Would have liked a full sized sofa as only 1 of us could fit on it so when watching tv one person had to sit on a dinning room chair. Overall the hotel was lovely and we would definitely stay again!

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was good. A bit small and the bed could have been more comfortable. We lucked out with parking but I could see how that could be an issue. Otherwise, the staff was great. Location is convenient. I would book again.

Great breakfast location and public transportation is right out the door

Staff are super friendly and helpful here. The location is great- a bit away from the action so nice and quiet but a quick twenty minute walk to be in the thick of it. Luas is right in front of hotel if you don’t want to walk. Room was spacious and really appreciated having a small kitchen. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was fantastic! Also the Dublin express airport bus stop is one block away so very convenient and inexpensive to get to and from airport. Really enjoyed our stay and felt it was very good value.

This place exceeded our expectations. It was very quiet and so convenient for travel to and from. Excellent amenities!

Overpriced I think, apartment was very cold and clinical looking, limited and uncomfortable furniture and oddly placed, also could not open windows or doors to let fresh air inside. Saturday night stay, and the bar and restaurant area down stairs had lights out at 8pm when we arrived, the whole place down stairs looked like it was closed. From looking at photos online I was underwhelmed with the lack of energy and vibe. Completely lacks character and is a unoriginal venue.

The employees were very friendly and helpful when I needed them. I appreciate how accommodating they were. Would absolutely stay here again if I get the chance! Great location for use of public transportation with ease as well.

Fantastic location with the trams right on the doorstep. Clean and modern rooms with great facilities. Staff very warm and welcoming, nothing too much trouble.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, just a bit inconvenient for City Center

Excellent location. Very close to public transit and in very safe area. The hotel has everything to make your stay comfortable.

It was a very nice stay and a good hotel. I was very pleased with access to the tram. Maria at check in was very kind and helpful. It was a pleasant experience. We went to a concert at the 3Arena and this location was perfect!
