The room and facilities were good, and most of the staff were kind and professional. However, I had a very unpleasant experience with one staff member who worked in the morning, wore a beanie and a gold necklace. While this person was friendly and talkative with other colleagues, he completely ignored me whenever I approached or spoke to him. On my last day, when I came to pick up my luggage, he stood silently without greeting or responding to my questions—just watching me as I took my bag and left. I don’t expect every staff member to be cheerful all the time, but this behavior made me feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. Although I do not wish to assume or suggest that this person has an issue with Asian guests, I couldn’t help but notice that the guests who were treated this way, including myself, happened to be Asian. It left a very negative impression of the hotel overall, despite the kindness of the other staff. I sincerely hope the hotel management identifies this staff member and ensures that all guests are treated with respect and courtesy.

Expected better from a 4 star hotel. The property was fine, but the hallway carpet was filthy , when we entered the room, the fridge door was open, and there was an industrial sized air cleaner left in the room. Staff were ok. They charged us 50£ while checking in instead of placing a hold on the card. We had to call them to get it sorted, which they did. The bed etc were comfortable, room was quiet. But for the price we paid, we expected a little more refinement

Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Staff were super friendly. We would come back again.

Good spot outside of the main city. Tram is right there to take in to town. Plenty of food options right there if you want something quick.

Decent place in decent location

The room was very spacious. Only one bathroom for four people, but we were very comfortable. Room was very clean. The building was very nice, with a trendy restaurant/bar downstairs. The location was the highlight of the property. Next to the LUAS (tram) that connects to both train stations and the city center, and with a convenience store and a full grocery store walking distance (less than 5 minute walk). Few restaurants across the street helpful too.

This is a lovely style of hotel where it is a little bit different to the run of the mill. But there are just bits that are irritating. The window are seriously dirty. The hotel will no doubt be say it is because of a near by building site, but just factor in additional cleans. The main light in the room did not work I reported it to reception at 3.30 and it did not get fixed before I checked out. It doesn’t appear that you can call reception if you have a query. No phones in room and when I rang the number on the website it went to a central sales team. Maybe just print the number on the key card. I asked to book an early taxi to go to the airport as I was on a tight schedule and was just told to come to reception in the morning and ask then. Lucky the night porter was more obliging. The shower products have such tiny labels it is impossible to read them without glasses. As I say, all fix able, just irritating.

Clean room, staff very helpful, Guinness was tasty.

the apartment was clean and fresh - everything was in great order. OK we got a very nice upgrade so were likely to be pleased! However it was super value and a great location (we were visiting the arena) with easy access from the tram. Have stayed other hotels previously and would happily stay here again

We stayed at this hotel due to its location right next to the arena. The rooms were great, mini kitchen with full facilities, good size bathroom and comfortable beds. The restaurant, bar and coffee shop all served high quality food and drinks at a reasonable price. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful property with a co-working and lounging space downstairs as well as well as a cafe and restaurant! The room was clean and spacious with very convenient access to downtown (just a little walk along the river). I would definitely recommend!
