Apesar de existirem 03 panelas, apena 01 poderia ser usada no cooktop. Loucas e copos sujos. Não tinha toalha de rosto. Unidade com excelente espaço, porém desgastada.

O ponto positivo foi ter funcionado desta vez o reconhecimento facial para meu acesso. Ponto negativo foi o tamanho pequeno do quarto e o atraso para a liberação da minha primeira entrada. Primeira vez que isso me acontece na rede Charlie.

O predio tem boa localização, e fácil acesso. O apto é grande, mas estava com um forte cheiro de esgoto, além de ter a porta do guarda-roupa solta. Coisas básicas, que poderiam ser evitadas, e que comprometem a experiência.

Banheiro bem pequeno, box do chuveiro bem pequeno. Achei bem ruim a acessibilidade. Colchão mole e o ar não gelava. Muito bonito, limpo porém deixa a desejar nestes pontos. Para um dia só está ok, mas se fosse passar 3 dias o cansaço iria bater muito

From the get go communication was an issue. Hotels had not sent me a confirmation number, Charlie didn’t have me as a guest. When everything was clear, I arrived but they had never sent me any codes to enter or apt number, nothing, after 1hr and thanks to the person at the front desk, I was able to get into the apt. The building is very secured, but they never gave me any kind of keys or code to enter the main entrance. Every time I returned to the building I had to call through intercom, and depending on who was on the other side it could have been an easy name and apt number, or a long list of questions like what’s the stamp the 10th page of your passport, beyond ridiculous. The apt was ok, as soon as I walked in there was a distinct odor, one of the windows did not have blinds or curtains so it was hard to sleep with the bright lights coming into the room. Also the airplanes noise, all day and night, every minute or so, very loud and not ideal after arriving from a 12hrs+ trip. The building is well located, the neighborhood is top neighborhood in São Paulo. Very safe walkable, there are stores, spas, studios, restaurants, supermarkets all within walking distance.

The check in service , working out the entry procedures, trying to extend my stay, etc was HELL. Everything has to be done through whatsapp and everything took ages: For example: I extended my visit but they did not extend the facil recognition at the main door.As a result,I came back from lunch and I had to wait 40 minutes outside, 34 C grades, wanting to go to the bathroom , until they solved it. And If I had no phone at hand? I would have been left with no solution. If I had to get a plane: I would have lost it. And that`s not the only problem I got with the service, also when I wanted to extend my stay, another hour on the phone, twice!. I wouldnt recomend this company- room operator( Charlie)

Boa opção , melhorar comunicação

Fiquei 4 diárias no Jacques Felix e foi uma ótima experiência. Localização excelente, o quarto superior é muito confortável e de tamanho excelente para duas pessoas. Não cheguei a aproveitar a estrutura do prédio, mas é tudo muito limpo e organizado. A região é silenciosa então pude dormir com qualidade. Recomendo demais.

Apesar de apenas um dia o apartamento é extremamente espaçoso e confortável. o sistema automatizado ajuda muito. irei me hospedar novamente quando for a São Paulo.

Worse experience ever! The bedroom door had a broken handle we couldn’t access the room we had to live the premisses asap bc nobody from Charlie answered to sort our issue and it was 12am! No front desk to give us support when needed .

Superou minhas expectativas

ótima localização, limpo e aconchegante. Atendimento pré checkin simples e agil. Ficarei lá novamente, sem dúvidas
