방음이 전혀 안되서 불편한거 말고 괜찮음

침구와 내부시설이 상당히 깨끗하고 조리기구가 있어 간단한 요리도 가능함 1층에 한국 슈퍼도 있고 한국식당포함 약 8개정도의 식당이 있음.넷플릭스 시청 가능. 와이파이 빠르고 끊기지 않음.전체적으로 만족함.다만 아주 작은 개미들이 많이 있음.호텔측에서 이문제만 해결된다면 10점을주고싶음.모든 객실에 테라스가 있음.it park,ayala central block 호텔방에서 도보 5분거리임

Great hotel no complaints very clean wonderful staff. There's a supermarket right in the complex basement. Lots of little restaurants.

I think the system requiring guests to request slippers at the front desk should be improved It would have been nice to have at least 2 pairs of slippers in the room

The jacuzzi is closed permanently, the room had a smell, the shower wasn't spotless.

Tat at the front desk was the most amazing and sweet person and very helpful. I really liked her.

Almost good If we can use bathrobe and slippers, it's better

Room was great had all we needed, Staff very friendly. Great price for what you is offered. Breakfast was awesome as it was at a near restaurant and you had a great choice. Would stay there again, very convenient to Cebu central.

清潔で、スタッフの対応はいつも明るくよかったです。

①通常のホテルにはあるアメニティーとミニバーが無く、その情報も掲載されていなかった。 ②洗面台の蛇口からはお湯が全く出ない（水のみ） ③朝食は移動して近くのステーキ店で提供される方式でしたが、選択肢が少ないのとおかわりが出来ない＆ドリンクは別料金とビッフェスタイルを想定していたので、乖離が大きすぎた。 また、予約の際にその情報がどこからも読み取れなかった。 ④流し付近に小さい虫が結構飛んでいて、気になった。 ⑤モールまで徒歩圏内でしたが、直近の大通りを渡るのにかなり危険な状態で、立地条件も？？？？？？ ⑥全体的にホテルという感じがしなかった。（残念）

Staff are very friendly, helpful.

Checking in is promptly at 2pm. Room on 8th floor was comfortablen and clean. Shower had really hot water, which felt good. The walls are paper thin. I could hear nextdoor neighbor sneeze. Along with having an unfortunate night where neighbor had a booze party at midnight. Pretty disappointed because I was sleeping comfortably in a nice comfortable king size bed. Kitchen had mini fridge, toaster, oven and tea kettle, along with cutlery and cutting board. Housekeeping was great. They provided water and kept sheets and towels clean. They're the silent troops that deserve the high room rates. Location is tucked away near great restaurants. Ayala IT is a kilometer away but the traffic to get there means playing Frogger dodging the worst driving intersection and conditions. I wouldn't recommend a walk to travel across the street at night, where car and motorcycle drivers accelerate toward pedestrians like they're in a simulation of "Grand Theft Auto" Cebu City.

The kitchen was well used especially for the senior citizens of our group. They enjoyed just making their breakfast leisurely.

Room was nice just everyone there look sad and unhappy made the experience depressing

I enjoyed the stay as we all have access to rooftop and we’ve been able to view the spectacular fireworks in 360 degrees. This was my second stay. 🎉🎈
