방음이 전혀 안되서 불편한거 말고 괜찮음

침구와 내부시설이 상당히 깨끗하고 조리기구가 있어 간단한 요리도 가능함 1층에 한국 슈퍼도 있고 한국식당포함 약 8개정도의 식당이 있음.넷플릭스 시청 가능. 와이파이 빠르고 끊기지 않음.전체적으로 만족함.다만 아주 작은 개미들이 많이 있음.호텔측에서 이문제만 해결된다면 10점을주고싶음.모든 객실에 테라스가 있음.it park,ayala central block 호텔방에서 도보 5분거리임

The reception is at the opposite side from the drop off point. The area is filled with establishments and restaurants. Tere's a grocer shop just outside and there is no issue with transportation both public and otherwise. The staff are incredible, the facilities are great, the room is great and the bed is comfortable. Very comfortable. Only problem I had was that there was no netflix, but that's a personal preference 😂 Indulge yourselves with the amenities this place have to offer like high end restaurants, indoor pool, even a tae kwondo instructor just downstairs. Weird but a cool option.

Everything is so good

This is a great place if you don’t want to leave it often. The traffic around if was really bad. The tv, wifi, and fridge didn’t work but the fix them all very quickly once reported. Staff was nice and helpful.

The room is really sparkling clean and well maintained. The bed is so comfy and the environment is not noisy very relaxing! The only cons I want to point out is the swimming pool is not well maintained and clean, it was dirty.

Room was nice but false advertising. Jacuzzi broke for months no effort to repair. Sauna has huge extra charge they dont tell you about until arrival.

Very nice place to stay in Cebu

88 Avenue was a great experience for me, l was surprised at the state of the art gym, swimming and sauna and roof top jacuzzi, staff were awesome, if l ever go back to Cebu l am going there

Security deposit is a hassle because you have to get a bank transfer. Within 24 hours after you book, we were able to negotiate to pay when we checked into the hotel. For the hotel itself, it was spectacular description and pictures are very accurate very comfortable and clean.

Probably one of the better stays just outside the periphery of IT PARK (which is just a quick 7 minute walk to the mall). I stayed for 6 days in one of the lower tier suites (after looking at the other ones) and suffice it to say these mini studio apartments served me well for my stay. The hidden amenity is that this Condo is part of a small entertainment enclave. The front courtyard houses several mid-fine dining restaurants along with a world class Napoli Pizza Joint, Coffee spot, Korean Grocery Store and an outdoor bar area complete with live music on some nights. It doesn’t get rowdy but there is sufficient entertainment if you can’t bring yourself to Mango Street again. The staff are quick to smile and at your service. The street is one of the main arteries in the city and you can have your pick of ankas, taxi, bus or grab as your mode of travel right at your door. A little bit of a longer walk to the other bigger AYALA mall though. Hop on a motorcycle taxi to get there, otherwise you’ll be stuck in traffic.

The staff was very courteous, very professional, friendly and professional. The only drawback was that netflix wws not working. I absolutely loved everything eose, the gym is great, the eateries that support the hotel, the market, and the entire property was fantastic.

It’s a great place to stay. Close to everything

I am writing this review because because I could barely find any information on 88th Avenue Hotel/Apartments other then picture and description posted online. The property is list 4 star hotel, I would say it is equal to Hilton Double Tree Suites. The pictures and description online are accurate. My room looked identical to the photos. Amenities: the property has a indoor pool (4 ft) deep, very nice gym, sauna, rooftop jacuzzi, and paid laundry service. The commercial plaza in front has several restaurants, coffee shop, small grocery store, beauty salon, courtyard bar, night club, martial arts dojo, and music school. I would give the property the highest rating, but there is one issue. If you are a lite sleeper (BEWARE) the sound from the night club is LOUD from (10 pm to 2 am). The music from the live band preforming in the courtyard is EXTREMELY loud (10pm to 1 am). My room was on the 6th floor and I could hear everything clearly. My family could not sleep. The hot water works intermittently. Overall, the property is beautiful and the room was just what I desired. The service was very polite, attentive, and respectful (especially Tatika Marie). I would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful, clean and spacious hotel marred by poor management policies. Rooms were well-equipped, sheets and towels were clean and location was good. However, a late check out of an hour will cost an extra 30% of the prevailing room rate. Deposit was also doubled of another hotel that we stayed at. Additional bottled water was also not provided upon request.

War jetzt mein zweites Mal in diesem Hotel und es war wieder Top. Bis auf ein paar kleinere Dinge ist es sehr sauber und die Zimmer werden jeden Tag sehr gut gereinigt. Das einzige was ich mir noch wünschen würde wären bessere Möglichkeiten im Hotel zu essen glaube ein Restaurant gibt es innerhalb des Hotels nicht dafür kann man vor dem Hotel sehr gut essen und es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt für Getränke und schnelle Speisen. Vom Hotel aus erreicht man die Ayala Mall sehr schnell und ist auch Recht schnell an anderen Orten mit dem Taxi oder anderen Beförderungsmitteln.
