I like everything about this hotel. The location could not be better. Next week I shall be returning for my third stay.

Tudo muito limpo, internet e muito ruim. Banheiro o chuveiro era ruim. Mas no geral tudo acima da média e o ambiente é aconchegante.

The hotel is quirky and full of interesting knock knacks and paintings. It is on the main square and next to the Amazon Theatre with good access to bars and restaurants. I stayed on two separate occasions for one night each. There was a problem between Expedia and the hotel who had not received my booking for the first stay but the lady on reception was great and we got a room albeit the one nearest the breakfast room so potentially noisy but we were up early anyway. The second occasion we had a room overlooking the square. The bed was an old one so quite low and hard, and the street was noisy. Most annoying is the squeaking bathroom door and that you should not flush toilet paper. However this is outweighed by the location and the quirkiness

The location is very good, right in front of the Theater. That’s all I can say good about this hotel. You can guess the rest.

Quarto ok, limpo e bem organizado. O banheiro que deveria melhorar um pouquinho, mas estava ok. Café da manhã bom, com opções gostosas.

Great location in downtown Manaus. Staff was Very courteous and helpful during our stay. Very charming boutique hotel and I do recommend it !

O hotel tem charme, mas precisa de manutenção e uma equipe de limpeza melhor. Visitamos 5 quartos até achar um que fosse possível passar a noite. Muita infiltração, cheiro de mofo, roupa de cama e banho bem desgastadas e com manchas O ponto alto foi o terraço agradável e a recepcionista, empática e solícita.

Hotel was nicely located. Hotel was clean, breakfast was very good, and staff was very nice. HOWEVER, there were parts of the hotel, including my room that had an overwhelming mildew/mold smell. Also, lock up everything in your suitcase before you leave for the day. My wife left her sunglasses out when we returned, they were taken from the room, most likely by the cleaning staff. No issues once we locked up our belongings.

The staff was willing. The room was clean. The facilities throughout were also clean- there was always someone cleaning. Kitchen staff kind. Nice pieces of art throughout some being original. Nice location across from Teatro Amazonas and the plaza. Late check in available.

Unusual but excellent

It's hard to give an accurate assessment as the first stay was in a room facing the square and the noise from bands and the night clubs made sleeping impossible till well after midnight. On the second stay we were in a back room which was quiet but the room was very small. That aside the location was excellent, the placed oozed with charm and the breakfast was excellent.

O hotel é interessante e teria muito potencial, no entanto, foi uma surpresa desagradável. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar, tinha um grão de arroz sobre um amontoado de pó. Travesseiros velhos e desconfortáveis. O banheiro não tem box e a instalação com chuveiro foi feito de forma que a agágua caia fora da área molhada. Evidenciando varoonfios de cabelo de hóspedagens anteriores. Não havia tolha de piso e tive que usar uma toalha de banho para secar o banheiro. Por fim, apesar de o hotel estar vazio, me colocaram com duas crianças num quarto .ao lado da cozinha. A porta do quarto é de vidro na parte superior e a luz do corredor tem acesso para que quem circule na área externa, accebda e apague. Assim, quando deu 6h, os funcionários da cozinha chegaram conversando alto, acenderam a luz do corredor e, coroando uma estadia péssima. Se forem reservar, se atentem para não ficarem nos quartos 5 e 6.

O quarto estava bom o único inconveniente foi um show de carnaval que perturbou o sono muito barulho Café da manhã razoável alguns itens frios não eram feito na hora

The hotel offers a world of religious charm they isn't imposing. The staff provided a high level of comfort through their professionalism and their friendly approad to managing the guest needs.

O hotel é muito bonito, um verdadeiro museu. Porém, ao ligar o ar condicionado, ele praticamente inundava o quarto, tendo que por toalhas pelo chão para conter.

C'est un hotel très joli et l'emplacement est idéal mais il faut entretenir les chambres ainsi que les salles de bain

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Casa dos Frades — the staff were kind and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable though lighting could be improved. The location is great, close to restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was good with quality food, though a bit more variety would make it even better.
