욕실이 넓었어요 이박 편안하게 지냈어요

매우 좋은 숙박이었다. 직원들도 친절했고 조식도 만족스러웠다. 넓은 테라스는 휴식을 취하기에 충분했고, 또한 호텔사우나는 지친우리의 몸을 달래기에 충분했다

무엇보다 싸고, 역에서 가깝고, 프론트 친절하고, 룸 상태도 나쁘진 않아요. 베란다도 있고 냉장고도 있어요. 다만 소음에 민감하신 분들은 편안히 잠자기가 불편할 수도 있어요. 방음이 거의 안 되서 옆방에서 얘기하는 소리, 물 트는 소리 다 들려요. 전 좀 민감한 체질이라 3일간 하이킹하는 동안 푹 자면서 피로를 풀려고 했는데, 옆방 소음에 잠을 잘 못 자겠더라구요. 참고하시길

역에서 가깝고 비용 대비 조식도 괜찮은 편이나 객실이 너무 좁아서 갑갑한 느낌이 들었음 접수대가 운용 시간이 정해져 있어서 약간 불펀 했음

아주 친절하시고 방도 깨끗하고 좋았아요

체르마트는 작은마을이고 호텔이 밀집되어 있어서 위치는 어디이건 모두 도보로 이동가능하다.창과 베란다에서 보이는 풍경도 아름답고 호텔도 깨끗하여 즐거운 2박을 보냈다. 체르마트는 2박정도 하며 마테호른의 일출과 하이킹, 쇼핑을 즐기면 좋다.

전반적으로 만족합니다. 객실 상태도 양호하고 깨끗했습니다. 화장실이 정말 넓었고요. 침실보다 화장실이 더 넓었던 것 같습니다. 저녁 늦게에는 프론트에 사람이 없었고 늦게 체크인 하시는 분들을 대상으로는 쪽지와 키를 같이 놓아두는 것 같았습니다.

The service in this hotel is the best.

Rooms were sufficient. Nice bathtub. Strong and warm shower. Beds were comfy but pillows too soft for my liking. Balcony was nice. But 2 most important points. First, the owner Marianne was a perfect host. Very helpful, accomodating, friendly and approachable. She made the stay into a 5-star holiday. Second, the buffet breakfast provided was very homely. Small set up but you have breads, spreads, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, ham, mushrooms, hot drinks, juices, cereals, fruits. Didnt expect the breakfast spread to be so comprehensive. Shows how thoughtful the hotel is towards its guests!

Elite is a small nice hotel, conveniently placed in the middle of Zermatt. Walking distance from Bahnhof is short, and ski bus to different starting points is just around the corner. Breakfast was a disappointment, and also the view of mountains. I booked a room with view, but it wasn't worth the extra money spent.

Excellent location for everything - pubs, restaurants, clubs even ski slopes are not too far away - easy bus ride to either Gornergrat Bahn or the Matterhorn Express. The staff are very friendly. I would go back. I loved the jacuzzi in our room.

ห้องพักมีวิวระเบียง สวยงามมาก มองเห็นภูเขา ห้องสะอาด น่าอยู่ ห้องน้ำกว้างมาก สภาพแวดล้อมดีทุกอย่าง แถมอยู่ใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟ ใช้เวลาเดินไม่ถึง 10 นาที โดยรวมคือประทับใจมากค่ะ
