부부,대학생딸 3인여행으로 Two queen bed room 너무 여유있고 쾌적하고 좋았습니다.

깨끗하고 시설이 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 로비 직원도 친절했어요.

Everything was satisfactory. One thing that bothered me was the cleanliness of the toilet. I found some stains and hair on the floor on the second day after the cleaning service. But overall, I would recommend this hotel.

벤쿠버 다운타운과 가까워서 만족스러웠습니다. 방 자체도 크고 좋았습니다. 하지만 발코니가 사무실과 가까워서 그것이 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

Great location, spacious rooms, cool vibe

This is our 2nd time since December going. We got 2 rooms. The 2nd room we had the water was cold and no door on the shower so the water went everywhere. Our first room was way better, carpets still dirty it’s weird I can’t tell if they are supposed to be that way, but they look so badly stained. Karma lounge… a JOKE. Both times going, and both times being dead, with the service being the worst. It was like the staff was a deer in the headlights. And I tipped 0 and I got charged a $7 tip…. (This got fixed but wow!) The service at the Paradox is amazing (both times) staff are lovely, and go above and beyond. And what makes us coming back are the staff and the pool hot tub area. That you can’t compare to anyone else.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The room, the service, the food, down to every last detail. We will definitely be staying here again!

The rooms are awfully beautiful. Service is fantastic, every time I ordered room service it showed up at half the time I expected, and the staff were over the top great at service.
