Staff were genuinely so friendly and welcoming, hotel was in a great location, easy parking, clean, good breakfast, nice room, comfy bed, great shower. Excellent overall experience

The hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were excellent. Not in your face, but always there if you needed them. The hotel is situated in a fantastic spot. 15 minutes walk to the shopping precinct. We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends. Thanks "The Crew"

Usually excellent, loved it in the past, but let down this time by a disappointing experience with the bar staff and then the front desk the next day when reporting it.

Really great stay overall. Clean and conveniently located. Pillows were too soft for me personally, though.

The atmosphere is warm and welxoming, the breakfast was excellent, the room was very clean and uncluttered, and the location was excellent for us.

Liked the style of rooms, bar and housekeeping staff were lovely.

Comfy bed, bathroom was small but had everything we needed and the shower was great. Staff were friendly and helpful

The parking was a nightmare - didn’t let us park in the carpark as it was full but yet loads of spaces. Had to park off road and pay a silly amount
