깨끗하고 생각보다 조용했어요^^ 호텔 입구에 웰컴 워터와 신성한 사과도 센스 있었어요^^

합리적 가격에도 불구하고 모든것, 객실, 서비스, 조식, 로비에 물과 사과 등 교통 등이 모두 만족스럽다. 여행 경험이 많은데 가격에 비해 서비스가 모두 훌륭하다.

[Location] Not city-central but great. Right above the bus terminal. trip from-to airport is extremely easy. Walking distance to various city foodie goodies. Very close to Tram station. [Accomodation] Amazing. Very clean, very spacious. At check-in, we paid 20 some euro to get room upgraded from Double to Junior Suite(If i remember correctly). New room was amazing. [Overall] Very Kind staffs, Hotel seems almost brand new. Only part I didn't enjoy was the fact that hotel lacks car-friendly entrance so if you ride taxi, you might have to drag your suitcase a little bit longer than usual. (unless you park underground I guess but haven't tried)

Hotel was very convenient whilst attending the European Rugby Finals and exploring Bilbao. Rooms were perfectly adequate for our needs though the configuration of the bathroom area was slightly unusual! Breakfast on our first morning was very basic so we ate elsewhere after that (Definitely recommend the nearby Bramar). Staff attitudes were quite mixed!

Landed in Bilbao and started our trip here before heading to Los

Great room. Nice and spacious with very comfy beds. Tea/coffee making facilities along with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries such as toothbrush & shaving kits. Room was clean with towels changed daily. Really good selection of food for breakfast in buffet style. Hotel is on top of the bus station and on tram stop. Look up when you arrive to locate hotel before google maps send you round in circles! Perfect location for a sports event at the stadium. Just a 2 minute walk. Bars and coffee shops around too.

A really pleasant, clean and central hotel that accommodated me and my bicycle for a couple of days. Fresh and with a pleasant breakfast / dining area.

1- I reserved a room that was classified at Expedia as king size/2 twin bed. I forgot to request a king size bed but I am normally given at check in, upon request, a room with a king size bed at any hotel. When I asked for a king size bed, the receptionist said no king size bed was available for the category I booked for but at a higher category only where I had to pay extra. He was very rude and strict and I had to respond the same but had to pay the pay the extra amount. 2- The so called higher category room had windows covered by metal mesh so you could not see outside. 3- Room’s design was quite depressive and cold. 4- Water accumulated at the shower drainage when taking shower, so I had to stop the water and wait for the water to go so I could continue my shower. 5- Hotel’s website at Expedia said the hotel had paid parking but apparently it was a covered public parking whose entrance was very difficult to find as there was no signs at all. So I had to make several rounds. Overall it was a very unpleasant stay.

Such a comfortable stay. They thought of everything. More amenities then we could imagine ways to use. Very clean room and the staff was helpful in suggesting ideas for walking around the area. Would happily stay there again.

Parking and Breakfast

Absolutely perfect! Such a great location if you are arriving by bus or train. And everything was wonderful, staff professional, rooms amazing….an absolute dream at the end of a long travel day!

I would like to special thank for Rudina in reception. She suggested me to try some meals and answered all my questions.

This is a great choice if you want to explore Bilbao. Location is great, practically annexed to the bus, tram and subway station. You can also walk to most attraction, including the old town (around 2km). Room was big and comfortable. The A/C worked great. Bed was a bit too soft for me. Shower had good pressure. Breakfast was delicious, they will cook your eggs to order. Everything was fresh, several types of bread, cheese and fruits. One downsize was parking. Use have to use the Intermodal parking and pay regular rate. I paid almost 50 euros for 3 days of parking. Overall a good stay.

Es ist sehr Zentral , siper! Hatten ohne Frühstück die übernachtung. Pplatz super direkt unter dem Hotel (15.- euro pro Nacht)
