Excellent staff service

Absolutely awesome hotel with a great atmosphere and tons of cool activities, I would definitely recommend staying at hotel zed and don’t forget to check out the crashed plane at radar hill

Beautiful stay from start to finish. The room was spotless, the staff were warm and attentive, and every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of. The kids have the best time ever! The only place we stay in Tofino- highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The place was decorated great. The staff was awesome helped us the whole time and the wine list was fantastic. Loved the whole vibe of the place.

Loved the retro vibe of the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The room had a separate large shower and toilet room, which is a nice touch, although privacy after showering might be a concern for a family. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but enjoyed the breakfast offerings at the little cafe on the premises. The hotel is situated across from the beach but it is a fair walk to get there. You have to cross the highway. Tofino was a short drive away.

Very disappointed Restaurant was excellent Cafe not so much Asked the staff before we checked in for TSN and told we would have access. Came on a raining weekend to read and watch the Brier for my birthday but had no accesss to TSN

I wish someone had told us kitchens did not have a heating source, hotplate, etc.

Good hotel, cheerful staff.

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was very comfortable. There were a lot of areas with different themes to check out and relax at in the lobby. the hot tub and sauna were wonderful! we were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. water filling station and microwave in the laundry/ice machine room. The laundry was free! there is also a free arcade. Complimentary comics and yo-yo's in the room. so many things for families to enjoy. We really enjoyed our stay. we will stay here again!

Great mattress and really loved having 2 comfy chairs inour room instead of a couch. We had 2 amazing meals at Roar restaurant on site. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna & all the fun ammenities for families & pets.

Room was clean and complete. Staff were polite and very helpful. I thought the restaurant was terrific. Food we delicious and priced right. What I really enjoyed were the amenities: the barrel sauna; the retro game room; and the art pieces throughout. One of my favorite area was the dual-fireplace pub and lobby. Very relaxing and comfortable. In the end we spent more time in the hotel than we did exploring the areas surrounding. 5 stars, no regrets.

Our experience was excellent. The staff were friendly and obviously well trained. The hotel offered many fun and unique amenities, all free of charge. The ambiance was welcoming, the rooms spacious, clean and well appointed. The on-site restaurant, bar and coffee shop were top notch. It’s both kid and pet friendly, with an onsite playground, old school arcade games, board games, etc. live music on weekend afternoons. 10 minute walk to stunning Chesterman Beach, and a 5 minute drive to downtown Tofino. We’ll definitely be back.
