This place is truly special. Every piece of decor and furniture is intentional. Incredible everywhere you look!

Good hotel, cheerful staff.

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was very comfortable. There were a lot of areas with different themes to check out and relax at in the lobby. the hot tub and sauna were wonderful! we were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. water filling station and microwave in the laundry/ice machine room. The laundry was free! there is also a free arcade. Complimentary comics and yo-yo's in the room. so many things for families to enjoy. We really enjoyed our stay. we will stay here again!

Great mattress and really loved having 2 comfy chairs inour room instead of a couch. We had 2 amazing meals at Roar restaurant on site. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna & all the fun ammenities for families & pets.

Room was clean and complete. Staff were polite and very helpful. I thought the restaurant was terrific. Food we delicious and priced right. What I really enjoyed were the amenities: the barrel sauna; the retro game room; and the art pieces throughout. One of my favorite area was the dual-fireplace pub and lobby. Very relaxing and comfortable. In the end we spent more time in the hotel than we did exploring the areas surrounding. 5 stars, no regrets.

Our experience was excellent. The staff were friendly and obviously well trained. The hotel offered many fun and unique amenities, all free of charge. The ambiance was welcoming, the rooms spacious, clean and well appointed. The on-site restaurant, bar and coffee shop were top notch. It’s both kid and pet friendly, with an onsite playground, old school arcade games, board games, etc. live music on weekend afternoons. 10 minute walk to stunning Chesterman Beach, and a 5 minute drive to downtown Tofino. We’ll definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel, great location, friendly staff at the check-in desk. Good value for the location. Decent coffee shop on-site. Would definitely stay there again! I loved the retro vibe and decor.

Our stay at the zed is ALWAYS perfection. The staff are so amazingly helpful and kind, even the staff in the restaurant, the vibe is so calm and clean. This is our go to place to stay while on vacation in Tofino, everything is consistently amazing.

Directions to amenities could be better laid out and explained during check-in. Unfortunately, it was hard to find staff to check in, had to call the front desk through hotels.com to be able do so. During the stay, also had to call the front desk to be able to get in touch with staff to ask for additional information.

Great hotel

We loved our stay here. Right across the road was Chesterman's beach. We walked down a few evenings to sit and watch the sunset. Absolutely beautiful. The resort was clean and staff was very friendly. Only thing we disliked is no coffee machine in the room so you had to go downstairs to the coffee shop and pay for coffee if you wanted any. I just figured with how much we paid we should atleast get 1 coffee a morning each free. And I'm sure it's normal in Tofino but no continental or any type of free breakfast.

This property was great. We had such a friendly check-in experience with Nikkea and found the room very comfortable. It was so easy to walk to Tacofino or Chesterman's Beach. Everything in the hotel was great
