Ottimo soggiorno con colazione, personale molto gentile. Cortesemente mi hanno permesso anche il check in anticipato, poichè sarei rientrato molto tardi la sera. Parcheggio gratuito davanti all'albergo. Consigliato!

The clerk was SO unfriendly. It was a crankly older woman who never smiled and made us wait foreeeever while she figured out their new credit card system. The shower took an extremely long time to warm up, and the headboard is this odd wood overhang that prevents you from sitting up in bed without slumping forward, and also from getting up from your pillow without bonking your head. The back patio reeked of smoke and had a full ashtray waiting for us. And the room had no trash can. The bathroom had a tiny one the size of a travel coffee cup. The lobby looks like a 1970s retirement home, complete with faded fake plants. It's a shame, as the exterior is beautiful and the surroundings idyllic.

Lugar lindo e hotel excelente. O quarto era espaçoso e confortável. Café colonial ok. Atendentes pouco agradáveis na recepção.

Bad service, ventilation in the bathroom does not work, they are not willing to fix it, every request is received with a negative answer, they save on everything at the customer's expense

De kamer was netjes, genoeg ruimte en een mooi uitzicht. De bediening was uitstekend de omgeving was uitzonderlijk mooi dus we hebben een geweldig weekend gehad.

Personal sehr nett, Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Mooie ligging, kamer en sanitaire voorzieningen prima, ontbijt goed verzorgd. Restaurantpersoneel communicatief zwak en blijkbaar geen begeleiding en aansturing.

Very quaint town, in a gorgeous location. Hotel clean and cozy!

The hotel is situated in a small village. Check in and check out went very smoothly. There is no coffee/tea maker in the room. But my suggestion is that the hotel should have one or two electric kettles in reserve . Limited choice for breakfast and the lady was not very sympathetic.

This is a basic hotel. No fridge, no hairdryer. You easily hear what’s going on in other rooms, so bring earplugs. I ordered bouche à la reine in the restaurant, which was just eatable.

I would like a kettle in the room. The location was ideal! Breakfast staff were great.

Very pleasant stay in great location

Our room was small and basic, as expected from photos, but everything was functional and in generally good condition. Staff speaks English. Stayed here to visit Castle Bourscheid and see the Luxembourg countryside, and it is a beautiful little village with a few food options.
