Good place to stay for what we needed. Clean and great with air conditioning in the extreme heat.

Room amenities were not 4 star. No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. Room was clean, bathroom was very nice, hairdryer included. Staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Restaurant did not make a good impression at dinner. Slow service, wrong order after long wait followed by another long wait for the correct order that was cold and inedible, plus argumentative staff. Tried dinner another night, opted for pizza to take to room, the only crispy/cooked part of the base was the outside edge, the rest was inedible/raw so just ate the topping and called it quits. Didn't go back.

Mooie grote schone kamer. Personeel was erg behulpzaam en ondernam direct actie toen we om hulp vroegen. Ontbijt was zo goed. Zo uitgebreid. Dit was zo goed en lekker! Op loopafstand, door een mooi park naar het centrum. In 1 woord:Geweldig.

Tolle Zimmer, sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Ontbijt: subliem Netheid: fantastisch Goeie uitvalbasis voor leuke steden. Leuke bar met lekker diner! Alleen de kussens zijn verschrikkelijk!

Net hotel. Deuren sluiten automatisch zacht dicht, zeer snelle wifi. Uitzonderlijk goed matras en kussen. Zeer goed geslapen. Ontbijt is prima. Minibar werkte niet, maar ik heb begrepen dat deze vervangen gaan worden.

Breakfast is amazing! The best! Dinner not that great.

All staff encountered were very helpful, friendly and efficient. Room very clean. Breakfast excellent.

I was concerned that the guest rooms were not soundproofed.
