객실이 너무 깔끔하고, 직원들도 모두 친절했습니다. 조식의 퀄리티도 상당해서 만족스러웠습니다.

아주 좋았습니다. 방도 넓고 통창에 시내 뷰도 좋았어요. 직원도 친절하고 인테리어 디자인도 좋았습니다. 조식과 레스토랑도 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 바젤에 다시 가면 꼭 이곳에 다시 묵고 싶어요.

All the staff at the hotel were exceptionally kind and dedicated. It was truly touching. I couldn't connect with the reception by phone, but a staff member, noticing that the phone had rung three times without an answer, came up to my room very late at night to check if there was any problem. The next day, I went outside briefly and got completely drenched by an unexpected rain. The staff kindly provided a space in the spa where I could change my clothes. Since I had to go straight to the airport, I was extremely grateful that I didn't have to travel in wet clothes. Although the strong smell of disinfectant in the hallway and the inconvient Wi-Fi connection need to be addressed, the thoughtfulness of the staff is the reason why I would want to stay at this hotel again despite these issues.

The hotel is centrally located near the main train/tram station making getting around Basel easy. The hotel is well appointed with excellent amenities and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

Das Hotel kann zu Fuss vom Basel SBB erreicht werden. Es ist ideal gelegen an verschiedenen Tramlinien. Das Hotel hat einen modernen Style. Die Zimmer sind gross und sehr ideal eingerichtet, grosse Fenster, tolles, grosses Bett. Das Badezimmer ist perfekt eingerichtet. Wir kommen jedes Jahr zum Tattoo-Festival in dieses Hotel. Das Restaurant PURO bietet ein Frühstück an: Für 38 CHF erwartet man aber ein etwas spezielleres Frühstück. Die Tomaten haben eine Kräuterkruste, die aber nicht nach Kräutern schmeckt, die Falafelwürfel dürften etwas orientalischer (Kreuzkümmel) riechen, das Birchermüsli könnte auch mehr Geschmack (Beeren, Rahm) vertragen. Alles in allem, etwas neutral, wie wenn der Chef vorher eine Seniorenheimküche geführt hätte. Auch fehlen schweizerische Überraschungen. Gut und gelungen, aber ohne i-Pünktchen.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Air conditioning was great. Very convenient to all public transportation, including the free airport bus.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer war gross, Bad und WC durch eine Türe voneinander getrennt.

Phenomenal hotel

I stay in the suite on the 14th floor. The front desk staff is very friendly, and also give us a flexibility for early check-in. The room is fantastic, not just a great view but also the design and services in the room are all excellent. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Europe. All the best!

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean.

The bathroom was very small.That is my main criticism otherwise the hotel is very comfortable..There was also no bath soap wash in the shower.and the phone was not working properly.

Beautiful hotel and lovely room. Generally the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was with the wakeup call and taxi booking we scheduled for the following morning - the staff completely forgot to call us, saying they had a different time. We were able to show the front desk the hand written note from their staff the previous night confirming the time we had requested. Fortunately we work up ourselves so made it in time for our flight. Mistakes can happen, that I understand, and it all worked out, but what was disappointing is that at no point did the person on the front desk apologize for the oversight on their part, instead was more adamant that the mistake was not on their end, despite being able to produce the hand written note from his own colleagues.

Basel is a small city by all means with great transportation options. The transfer from the airport was free thanks to the Baselcard you will be receiving upon check-in. You can show your reservation on the way if asked. Hotel is right next to the train station and one of the main transport hubs. And all transportation is for free thanks to tourism tax. The hotel; the reception, the food, the restaurant, the location — everything was top notch!

The building and rooms are modern and beautiful. The staff was very kind and helpful. And the air conditioning was magnificent on a very warm day in May.
