객실이 너무 깔끔하고, 직원들도 모두 친절했습니다. 조식의 퀄리티도 상당해서 만족스러웠습니다.

아주 좋았습니다. 방도 넓고 통창에 시내 뷰도 좋았어요. 직원도 친절하고 인테리어 디자인도 좋았습니다. 조식과 레스토랑도 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 바젤에 다시 가면 꼭 이곳에 다시 묵고 싶어요.

All the staff at the hotel were exceptionally kind and dedicated. It was truly touching. I couldn't connect with the reception by phone, but a staff member, noticing that the phone had rung three times without an answer, came up to my room very late at night to check if there was any problem. The next day, I went outside briefly and got completely drenched by an unexpected rain. The staff kindly provided a space in the spa where I could change my clothes. Since I had to go straight to the airport, I was extremely grateful that I didn't have to travel in wet clothes. Although the strong smell of disinfectant in the hallway and the inconvient Wi-Fi connection need to be addressed, the thoughtfulness of the staff is the reason why I would want to stay at this hotel again despite these issues.

Wir sind immer mal wieder in Basel um Familie zu besuchen, das Hotel erfüllt alle unsere Anforderungen und wir kommen immer wieder gerne zurück. Die Lage ist top, wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Personal immer sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, da wir mit Kleinkind reisen. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist super und auch ein Besuch im Restaurant abends lohnt sich. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Everything was great - hotel room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety - kids loved it!

The design of the hotel rooms was uncomfortable, no space to put anything, you could hit your head where you put your luggage. If you were not careful, the room was so hot. We had to wait five hours for the room to cool down and could not sleep. Modern, yes,, comfortable NO!

So wonderful hotel, almost brand new every where in hotel, they also provided a free Basel pass that you can go city by public transportation, breakfast is more than 5 stars hotel, variety of bread, cheese……. All you can eat, definitely, I will come back to stay again I. Future.

Staff were great, the hotel was modern and clean, and it had everything we needed.

Very disappointing. Was told at check-in that breakfast was either buffet or we could order off the menu. Next morning we went to the restaurant to order a small breakfast and were told we could not - it was the buffet or nothing. They said we could go to the bistro/bar for a light breakfast. We went there at 9:40am and the sign at the entrance said they didn't open until 11am. Then went to the front desk and they said it was open and serving food. Went back into the bistro/bar and talked to the bartender, and she said they were serving drinks but no food. Then back to the front desk person who said she would check, but we gave up after waiting five minutes. She then called us in our guest room to tell us the bistro/bar in fact was not serving food, but we could go up to the restaurant for coffee and a croissant. All of this took about 20 minutes. We gave up and went to a nearby restaurant. Just poor service, incorrect information, incorrect signage at the bistro, etc.
