This hotel was super clean and nice!!!!! I stayed May 2025. Quiet, peaceful and clean. Breakfast was amazing,customer service was a 100/10 The only thing i didn't like was the jacuzzi didn't get hot. The water was luke warm which means i didn't really enjoy the personal jacuzzi experience. Close to food and shopping. I will be back!!!!

I highly recommend it, very clean room, very friendly receptionists. I really enjoy our days there. We will come again!

Onyx was the 4th stop on our honeymoon throughout Europe. Hands down, they provided the best service from beginning to the end of our stay. Everything on property is very well taken care of, including their guests. They consider everything you could possibly need and give a thorough welcome when you arrive with details about recommended places to visit/see on the island. I can't recommend this place enough. The reception desk is so helpful and kind and all the staff are amazing. Breakfast was included and it was so delicious. We arranged transportation to and from the port and our driver was so considerate, making sure we were comfortable and that the AC was to our liking. We were sad to leave Onyx. We rented an ATV to travel around the island which was SO worth it. If you're thinking about booking, just book. Amazing service Onyx, your effort does not go unnoticed. We are so thankful and grateful for you all.

Loved this hotel and will stay here again! First, it was super easy to coordinate a driver to pick up from the port. The staff were so helpful and friendly, helping with dinner reservations and recommendations. 10/10. Hotel is in a quiet area but super easy walk to Fira. Can rent ATVs from front desk, and it’s a 25 min drive to Oia and anywhere else on the island. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable! The breakfast was delicious. Overall a perfect stay and can’t wait to come back!!!

Very good hospitality good customer service freshly done breakfast litsa was so lovely and friendly and also spiros who make fresh breakfast every morning very lovely personality and denise and the other receptionist I felt like I was home very very lovely peoples I will definitely be back❤️❤️❤️❤️

Our stay at Onyx was amazing! It’s in a little town beside the capital of Santorini, Fira - just a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. We felt very taken care of by their staff who made our stay very easy going and relaxing. We booked a car rental through them which was super easy as pick up and drop off was there at the hotel. We also booked a sunset cruise through them which again pick up and drop off was directly at the hotel. Everything was very convenient and we absolutely would come stay here again. The room was very spacious as we booked a suite. And everything was very clean in our room and around the hotel.

Everyone was super helpful from transportation to front desk and bar/kitchen. 10/10

Amazing Hotel and great staff. The 2 ladies at the reception were so lovely and polite, Denisa and Victoria were very helpful. 20 minute walk from the Fira city centre and all the restaurants. Overall a great stay. Breakfast was also nice. Highly recommend, very clean as well.

Amazing staff, Maria receptionist was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Spiros and Litsa at the bar and breakfast were the best We even told the owner that we will come back again because of your staff. Never mind that that location of the hotel was very good and accessible to all part of island.

All of the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have an incredible stay, they helped us plan and organize everything and we’re SO welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to absolutely anybody, it has a great location. We rented an ATV to get around and it was wonderful! Thank you SO much again 💕

This hotel was so beautiful. The rooms were very spacious. Cleaning and restock was done everyday. The hostess recommendations were excellent from restaurant to wine tours and times of when to arrive to our destination so we don’t run into lots of people. Breakfast every morning was excellent! I would highly recommend this villa

We had a wonderful time in our stay at the Onyx. The true standout is the friendliness, kindness and attention of the staff from Maria and Denisa at the front desk to Lida at the bar. They are so attentive to your needs and made great arrangements for dinner and activities as well as arranging transportation. It was a truly enjoyable stay. The accommodations were also very spacious and clean. A 5 star all around!

Highly recommend this place. Staff is amazing and very Helpful. It’s a quieter, hotel away from all the hustle and bustle no noise. Pool is wonderful and so are the rooms. Beds are so comfortable!!! Would definitely come back!

This hotel is what hospitality is all about. From Maria at the front desk that take care of everything and perfectly. To Spiro at breakfast and Litsa by the pool. This hotel exceeds all service expectations. New and beautiful hotel. We could not have asked for more.

Staff was super friendly, very informative, and so helpful! staff helped arranged transportation to and from the airport upon arrival and for departure. Staff helped with booking for all activities during our stay. Breakfast was also very filling and delicious. Would definitely book again for all future stays in Santorini
