Staff is so kind

멋진 풍경을 볼 수 있습니다. 그러나 가격에 비해 공간이 작습니다. 화장실이 작은데, 물의 수압도 부족하여 씻는데 불편합니다. 저녁에는 외부의 소리인지, 내부의 소리인지 모를 소음이 불편합니다. 그래도 고객응대나 서비스는 좋은 편입니다.

위치는 너무너무 좋았습니다! 다만, 방이 좁고 오래된 건물이라 방음과 화장실 시설 등이 노후화되어있습니다~ 평점이 높아서 너무 기대했던거 같아요! 위치는 뉘하운 중심에 있어 좋았지만 주말엔 새벽까지 건너편 음식점들이 시끌시끌 합니다.

They gave us a bigger room looking out onto the street! It was wonderful! We loved being able to open the windows! We had great pillows! It was wonderful stay!

Inside is much nicer than the hotel outside look. Very clean like newly renovated. Breakfast is ok, but less choices than other hotels.

The property was situated in a beautiful canal district of Copenhagen. You could walk to restaurants bars, and enjoy the scenery that Copenhagen has to offer. I highly recommend this hotel to enjoy the beautiful city

Quiet and comfortable. Great location with wonderful restaurants across the street and close to the metro. The staff was very helpful. Delicious breakfast.

Great staff and a great location. They offered suggestions for dining and even arranged a taxi for us to take us to the airport. Very expansive continental breakfast that is worth the fee (everything is expensive in Copenhagen). I would definitely recommend staying here for your visit to Copenhagen.

Breakfast was great. Perfect area to visit and explore. A solid 3 star hotel. Room was fine but small detail like no bottled water, they used plastic glasses in bathroom made it feel cheap when compared to price paid. Everything in Denmark is expensive so really difficult to assess what is reasonable to expect.

The wonderful woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She made our stay wonderful! The breakfast was fantastic.
