Belle vue

The room was clean. However the stairs leading to the third floor were dirty with a carpet which seemed to be laden with dust. The drains in the wash basin and the tub were slightly choked which led to slow drainage of waste water so they need to be thoroughly cleaned.

Très belle accueil et suivi du service à la clientèle. Chambre très bien et propre. Tranquille malgré la proximité du boulevard.

The room was dirty, sheets stained, hairs in bathroom. Nice view and not too noisy even if it's next main road. The bar downstairs is not worth it as they invent the prices of the drinks.

Calme, propre et bien situé

La chambre était superbe avec vue sur la rivière Malbaie et le fleuve. Nous avons reçu un très bel accueil de Mme Karine. Mme Anne-Marie s'est informée si tout était parfait dans notre chambre, ce que nous avons apprécié grandement.

C’était un bon service

Très bon service, réceptionniste très serviable et attentionnée. Je reviendrait sans hésitation à cet hôtel.

No elevator. We booked 4 rooms all are located in 3rd floor tough to carry the luggage and difficult for Senior citizens to reach room in 3rd floor.

The bed sheet was never changed and found a chewed coffee stirring rod together with the clean ones. It's not only our room but another couple from our group entered their room and found that their toilet was not cleaned and full of poop. Just too bad because the location was close to the water and besides a bar.

Very comfortable beds, clean, for 1 night was perfect
