Our room was beautiful, and unique.

Great location. Lovely food. But very small rooms. Beds moved all the time and was quite noisy to sleep in. Limited amenities. Staff was exceptional and super helpful. They do try to downgrade us form what we paid for so make sure you check!

Das Hotel und Zimmer waren in einem Topzustand. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Das einzige Problem war der Club auf der anderen Straßenseite. Nachts haben Jugendliche gegrölt.

Great location

We stayed for 5 nights and it was fantastic. Big thanks to Samuel at the front desk for making it extra special. Room was extremely comfortable - shower and bathroom super clean. Spa was nice during the cold of the winter. Included breakfast was very good but could have used a little bit more variety. Service was solid - whenever we ordered anything, it arrived minutes later. And location is unbeatable - walking distance to everything and trains readily available a block away.

Noise AF. Didn’t sleep a second. The windows are right next to tram tracks and the trains run 24/7 every 5 minutes all night long. Zero soundproofing in windows.
