전체 평가 및 리뷰 Nemea Appart`Hotel Riviera Nice Aeroport

I booked for two rooms for at least a month in advance for my family and when I ask the staff in the lobby why our rooms were not next together they could not give me a good reason of why. I asked if we could have our rooms next together or on the same floor they said they can’t accommodate me. He wasn’t very helpful knowing I booked two rooms when I made my reservation.

The room was clean and big. Close to the airport and tram station. The staff was very accomodating.

La verdad es que no me gustó el trato de su personal, el hotel olía feo y desde q hice la reserva puse 4 personas y solo dejaron 3 toallas Y tampoco me gustó que 3 veces nos abrieron el cuarto para limpiarlo, tocaban y abrían al instante

La moquette pas aspirée, des poils blanc de partout. Personnels a l accueil moyennement aimable. Et le petit-déjeuner hors de prix pour ce qu'il propose.

The gentleman at the front was very rude and dismiissive. My room was prepaid but there was a $150 deposit for the one night stay. I had to use a new credit card since i wouldnt have enough on my debit. The first time i tapped the card it said declined but i immediately got a text saying that my card was being used in another country. I sorted that out with the bank and was told to proceed. When i went back to him to run the card, he turned the card backwards inserted it and said declined, by this time he became even more dismissive and unaccomdating. I was on the phone with the bank and they kept telling me the only decline they see is the initial one which was sorted out so whatever is happening has to do with the merchant. By now i was frustrated so i asked for his manager. He asked why i needed the manager as if he didnt want to get her. I told him, either you call the manager or refund what i already paid for tge room so that i could go and book another hotel. The manager came and thankfully offered to help. She explained that this happens sometimes when you use a new card. She allowed me to pay the international tax and forego the deposit since i would only he staying one night. I went up to the room and it was very tacky. Not dirty but tacky. The wallpaper peeling, the carpet smeeled funny and the light in the hallway outside my room wasnt working. Needless to say i will never be staying at this place ever again.

Clean tidy and okay. The €18 for breakfast is a rip off so didn’t bother.

Fint hotel. Lang indtjekningstid. Værelser ikke rent. Seng meget hård. Og dør mellem værelserne kunne ikke lukkes, den var gået i stykker. Fine pools.

The room is big. The check in process was easy. The bed could be better, bat was OK. There is a kitchen with almost everything you need except a wine opener. I paid a fee of €25 per night for parking. The elevator to the parking garage was broken when I checked out. The young lady in the front desk was very kind but useless to know when the elevator was going to be working. She told me she was alone and can’t check because of that, which you have to be aware about if you have a problem during your stay. The staff is really nice. I complained about some odour coming out of the bathroom and the manager came to check and sprayed some fresheners

The hotel facility was good but staff during the day are not that helpful it’s good one of the male night staff is friendly and approachable. Everything you need is inside the room and very spacious.

N'y allez pas si vous pensez que c'est un 4 étoiles : le personnel est loin d'un personnel de 4 etoiles et la clientèle c'est encore pire. Un espace détente avec des enfants qui hurlent, des jeunes adultes qui jouent au ballon dans la piscine et 4 sièges en plastique autour de la piscine. Appartement vaste plutôt bien équipé même s'il faut demander ce qu'il manque, literie digne d'un formule 1, pas de chauffage mais la clim car ils pensaient qu'il ferait chaud, local à bagages trop petit pour qu'on vous garde vos valises.... On va peut-être arreter, vous aurez compris je pense

Bien mais dommage qu il faille se facher pour obtenir une facture au motif que le paiement passe par Hotel com
