새로 생기고 편안한 바닷가에 위치해서 좋아요. 어메니를 말을 해야만 채워주고, 두번째 날 부터는 생구는 돈을 내야하구요. 오션뷰 방은 좋았는데 샷시가 고장인지 방음이 안되어서 귀마개를 하고 자야해요. 조식은 좋았습니나. 요청하면 해주는 닭걀류가 맛있었어요.

Great stay. Staff was super friendly! Hotel is beautiful. Bartenders were fantastic. And it’s in a perfect location. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything perfect. Great location, near everything and cars can reach you. Fabulous bar, rooftop, staff. Room was a little quirky but spotless and comfortable. Would ask for a higher floor if you’re bothered by street noise.

Great location, nicely renovated hotel. However, service is totally lacking. Check in took over 35 minutes, the receptionist was unable to find the booking. No explanation why, not apologies throughout the wait. Asked for a silent room, far away from the elevator, received a room next to another that was being renovated, right in front of the elevator. Would be a decent 4 star hotel worth about 120 EUR per night - but it claims to be 5 star, for double the value.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. La propreté est au rendez-vous. Petit déjeuner avec un large choix et bien fourni. Enfin mention spéciale au personnel qui est disponible et aux petits soins. C’est donc un excellent hôtel très bien situé à Malaga.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und hat einen hohen Ausbaustandard. Beim Zimmer störte uns einzig ein undichtes Fenster. Der Rest ist gut und schön ausgebaut. Mitarbeiter von desinteressiert bis sehr höflich. Die Rooftop Bar ist sehr schön. Beim Frühstück stimmt für mich das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional stay – truly unforgettable hospitality The staff at this hotel are literally the friendliest I have ever experienced. And that’s saying something after travelling to more than 100 cities around the world. I have honestly never seen hospitality like this before. A very special thank you to Sadaf, who surprised us with a bottle of wine on our last night – such a thoughtful and personal touch that meant a lot to us. All the staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely caring, always doing their best to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. This level of service alone is a reason to come back, and we definitely will. The location is outstanding – perfectly situated in the heart of Málaga, with everything in the city centre easily walkable and accessible. We also dined at the Carmen restaurant. While it is a little pricier compared to other places in the city, the quality of the food and the service were absolutely top-notch, so it was well worth it. One small tip: if you’re travelling by car, it’s better not to bring your own or a hire car. Despite being a 5-star hotel, there is no on-site parking due to its prime location. There is nearby parking, but availability can vary. All in all, a truly 5-star experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to enjoy the beauty, energy, and charm of Málaga. 🌟

Fantastiskt mysigt och trevligt hotell i bästa läge. Personalen var mycket serviceminded, drinkarna och maten var utsökta och vid frukosten fanns inget mer att önska. Trevliga och stora rum.

What an absolutely fabulous hotel - comfortable, clean, well located - all things we can research and plan for when picking a hotel, but the staff here just make the place, they help make the hotel feel special and all the bars and restaurants have a buzz … no cold sterile atmosphere but a charm, an inviting menu that makes you want to linger. Will i be booking here again? Absolutely!!!
