I've come to this hotel before. They have done an excellent job of maintaining the property, services, and experience.

Wonderful location . The room was very quiet considering the amount of of noise on the street. The staff was very friendly. I asked them to replace a shampoo dispenser that didn’t work and they didn’t other than that this minor issue the experience was good.

Excelentes atenciones, limpieza, servicio, alimentos y bebidas, amenidades, ubicación. La habitación individual considerar que es muy reducida.

No respetaron mi reserva de una habitación con dos camas, no me dieron respuesta y tuve que rentar otro cuarto ya estando ahí, reservé una habitación con dos camas porque éramos 3 personas y me daban una habitación con una cama, muy mal en ese aspecto, todo lo demás bien

Es un hotel Super céntrico , encuentras de todo y hay bastantes tours que puedes contratar, el hotel cuenta con restaurante con desayuno comida y cena todo muy rico

Su cercanía al centro y al corredor turístico lo hacen muy atractivo y excelente opción

La habitación, extremadamente pequeña, el estacionamiento se cobra

La habitación era extremadamente pequeña. El baño era una caja de zapatos y en la reservación decía que contaban con estacionamiento. Al final no cuenta con estacionamiento cuentan con un convenio donde tuve que pagar 120 pesos por una noche adicional al estacionamiento

If you’re looking for a hotel to relax and have a good sleep time, this is not the right hotel, since the restaurant it’s in an open place (patio) and open to the public all day long , we can hear all the noise in our room even with doors and windows closed. Every single utensil they use in the kitchen we can hear it and since the restaurant open at 7 am , it was 6 am and it was the same : they start cleaning the floors because we can hear employees sweeping the floors , and the same at night , the restaurant closes at 10:30 pm it was 11:30 and they still trying to have everything ready for next day. And I usually don’t like to wake up late but at least 7:30-8 am

Very clean and close to shops

Las habitaciones no tienen suficiente iluminación y eso que pedí un cambio... Los ventiladores les urge una limpieza las camas ortopédicas están bien...😅 Si está céntrico y muy cerca de todo, no tienen estacionamiento pero tienen una acuerdo con el subterráneo y eso está bien
