It is very clean and comfortable for staying. Everything is good but breakfast is a little disstatisfaction.

Excellent place to stay. Next time I come back in Kingston, I will stay at this hotel. Nice staff, nice hot tub, good breakfast, several restaurants nearby. Very clean, confortable mattress. The only thing they don't have, is a table with 2 chairs if you want to order a meal and eat it in the room.

Everything was perfect the staff also a big 👍to the gentleman who serve the breakfast

Reception was exceptional. Staff was amazing and respectful, room condition new, pool small and welcoming, nice gym. Free parking away from crime, coffee shot 3 minutes walking distance. Room was impressive with an additional option to turn the couch into a bed. TV was nice and large. 10 minutes drive to downtown Kingston core area. This is a place, I would book again.

Our stay in the Hampton Inn was wonderful! We stayed there for a night as we were on a quick getaway, but I was quite impressed by the cleanliness, comfort and staff professionalism. The only drawback was its breakfast, which could be improved. Room: The room was incredibly clean and roomy. It was equipped with all the necessities aside from toothpaste. Staff: We really appreciated the friendliness of the staff. They were also helpful and accommodating. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was acceptable, with a variety of hot and cold options to start the day. However, some items could be improved, like the omelette, which was a bit dry. The self-service hot water for tea was also too cold to steep tea. Parking: During our stay, parking spots were always available close to the entrance. Overall, it offered good value for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Really nice and clean. Looked like a really safe area that makes it really easy to get to downtown Kingston near the water front and Fort Henry. 10 min and an easy ride and you’re right in the center of the shopping and restaurant district next to city hall. Great place to stay.

Beautifully clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good and well supervised. I recommend as a hotel.

In general nice hotel with convenient location. However the room had a bad smell that even with AC did not disappear completely. The breakfast: paper plates and plastic cutlery. Really really really small choice of food. Pool cleanliness: it was a (baby? Or pet?) poop next to the pool when we came. I asked the hotel staff to clean. The guy only took it away with a paper. Even didn’t bother to disinfect or clean better.

Room was clean and renovated with some minor defects. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was standard and okay. Parking was plenty. Pool is very small. Fitness area is great.

The hot tub and pool were spectacular. The rooms were clean and spacious. Totally enjoyed our stay there.

Very clean room and amenities. Lots of parking, friendly staff. Coffee is very good and making waffles was a real treat for breakfast. No fresh fruit.

Clean room, Good breakfast and free onsite parking

Breakfast was fantastic, staff were wonderful, rooms were clean. My only complaint would be the pillows that immediately compress to nothing and the comfort of the beds which were hard as a rock.
